Had a wonderful experience for a cash withdrawal today. Found car parking easily, the security person was very helpful. The teller was courteous and paid me the cash promptly once I gave him the self check. I must have been in the bank for 15-20 minutes totally. Overall, a great experience.

First of all I hate banks on how they function, where they make you wait for a very long time even if there are no customers in the bank for even a petty cash deposit. But this bank has been different. I own a priority bank account and this gentleman Mr. JAYANTH has been very professional and helpful got my 4 DD's done in 15min. Hassle free everything was taken care by him. I would recommend this gentleman to be your point of contact for future banking service.

Overall Axis Bank is excellent. However it is the dwmat department that requires to improve very much. Only one lady knows all.Others dont know much about demat account opening or operations. Other services are good.
