Madhabkunda Waterfall

I was overwhelmed to see such a beautiful waterfall. The fountain seemed thrilling and alive to me.
I enjoyed the beauty of both sides before going to the fountain. A pleasant experience of Lord's presence in Shiva temple.
You will also love such a beautiful fountain.

its a place where one can feel the force of nature and the liveliness of nature. it's a pure beauty of nature. you can take bath in the water if you are prepared. there is nothing to visit there without the waterfall.

N:B: Please don't go too close to the waterfall and dont try to go up on the hill.

This waterfall is soo eye soothing and beautiful. Amazing place to visit. It will take 12-15 mins of walking through the jungle (as I showed in the video) to reach the waterfall. As we visited the spot on a weekday, the place wasn't that crowded. Thus, we spent quality time with my family over there. So, my suggestion would be to visit Madhobkunda waterfall on a weekday to avoid crowd.

However, the authority won't let you go near the waterfall as 13 people lost their lives because of their insincerity. Nevertheless, you can enjoy the waterfall from a certain meter away.

Plus point, there are changing rooms as well. So if you take a bath there, you can change your clothes in the changing rooms.

Green Heaven Nursery is the best nursery. There are all types of flowers plants and seeds available.

Madhabkunda waterfall is the highest waterfall in Bangladesh.It is about 200 feet high. People from all around the country come here to enjoy the beauty of nature. Madhabkunda is quite big. There are many places to visit. The Tea gardens are beautiful.
But this place is not that clean as we expected. Authority should keep the place tidy. They should aware people to keep the nature safe. Government take steps against dishonest merchants. The demands more costs than regular prices.

Madhabkunda waterfall is a very nice natural resources and tourists spot in Bangladesh. It is situated at Moulavibazar district in Sylhet division. In Madhabkunda Waterfalls peak season, the waterfall scenario is looking so nice. The most attractive things in it are to bath in waterfall's cold water. But now a days, the Authority are not given permission to bath at waterfall area. Besides the waterfall area there is numerous small hill(which locally call "Tilla") and tea garden which are also eye catching natural beauty. From my point of view, the suffering and long journey ( trouble) are bigger than the beauty of Madhabkunda waterfall.

Such a beautiful place of natural beauty. You can find ample water force even in winter.
However, taking bath at the base of the waterfall is prohibited as It's very risky since a few accidents have occured.

Entry ticket is required, which is around 50/100tk per person.

Ah, beauty! The true essence of nature can be found right beneath this waterfall! If you have enough time then go to the nearby tribal village! Be aware of the local CNG when you will go there by using those, they might rob with insane fare.

Moreover it's a beautiful waterfall and must visit in Rainy Seasons to see the actual beauty.

Absolutely mind bending ! Just don't go on winter. The waterfall literally has no water at winter season. It can represent the Green Bangladesh

The water looked better in person then from what you can see on pictures. We visited here in December, there wete report that the fall was dry but we found water flow to be adequate. A must visit site in Srimonghul

An excellent place with beautiful natural view. It is one of the biggest waterfalls of Bangladesh. Surrounding reserved forrest is also beautiful to watch.

It’s a stunning place with an amazing view as well as a few rest spots and kids park. The area is a way off from the entrance but the stroll through the trail is still leisurely.

Madhabkunda Waterfall is one of the highest waterfalls in Bangladesh. It is situated at Barlekha in Maulvibazar. If you want there from Sylhet, firstly you can go Kulaura station by train. Then you can go Barlekha from Kulaura easily. Buses are also available from Sylhet to Moulvibazar.Both vehicles are safe and enjoyable.

Its such a nice place, Govt should do more to keep it properly maintained and make a tourist attraction!
