Bus appearance good.
But not maintain timing what they showing in while booking

Good

They didn't give water atleast.
Didn't understand the passenger problems.
Sleeper was not comfortable

Bus is delayed for 3 hours
Did not stop the bus in the drop location so We had to ride back
They have changed us to another bus in the middle of commute to reach the destination
Staff behaviour is Rude, Disrespectful towards women

This travels is all like "Customers has to take what we offer but not what customers ask".

u 9 seat has no safety , u may fall down from upper birth or fear of falling as a result no proper sleep . Worst service ever no charging cable feasibility .
