Grand Kakinada by GRT Hotels

All my congratulations to the hotel restaurant lively with care by 'Satyakumari', assisted by smiling and professional staff into dining room or into kitchen which is separated by a bay windows.
Thanks too at Mr 'Dharanish' in charge of preparing and customizing daily specialities on request in front of your eyes into middle of restaurant.
I don't forget reception staff for their welcoming, listening, as well as room staff.
I've appreciated the laundry service into the day in normal service at fair price.

We went here for a product opening. This is the 2nd time for such events. The hotel looks good and the seminar hall was also nice .. rooms were also good .. it's well maintained.. it's near Vivekananda park entrance gate ... Valet Parking available... Rest rooms for guests are also maintained neatly . But the food was average here..

Stayed here for 3 nights and what an amazing experience it was! The staff is just lovely and so helpful!
They made sure we were taken care of throughout and went out of their way for a surprise birthday I had planned.

Food was fantastic every single day, rooms were very clean and comfortable, spa was top notch, service was excellent!

Special mention to:

Kumaresan, Chef Ajmat, Sathya Kumari, Sumithra, Sunitha , Velu murugan, Bipin, Tamil, Rajesh, Chef Kumar, Chef Sourabh.

First of all, I didnt expect such a professional and neat hotel in Kakinada. But they proved me wrong. This hotel is so luxurious and well maintained. Staff is so humble that you will realise you are in “ Godavari Districts” after witnessing their hospitality and the care. We are in a business suite which comes with a small office table setup. Place is so approachable which is middle to both Korangi Reserve Forest and Uppada Beach. 20kms or 35 mins drive to both the places and must visit ones too. Route from the hotel to Uppada is very beautiful and scenic.

Go for it if you are planning to stay in Kakinada. They provide the cab if you want to take rest from driving or avoid driving in local places. We felt food is little expensive though manageable.

They have the information booklet in the room which makes you more comfortable in a new place.

We received VIP treatment right from security till reception. The staff we interacted with, have been very polite and helpful. The room (401) took us back to our fond memories of "Holiday Inn" in Los Angeles, U.S. Mr Ali and other lady staff at the reception have been most helpful and efficient. Never expected this kind of great hotel with utmost hospitality in Kakinada. I wonder why it was not named " Grand Kakinada International - by GRT Hotels" by the management. Our thanks to each and everyone.

Very good experience during our stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. Service was good. Breakfast was also delicious. Would love to visit again.

Priya and Nasir were very profesional and helpful during my stay. The food was great at the buffet. Great place.

The restaurant crew at the hotel, especially Chef Mustaqim, was exceptionally friendly and empathetic. Sumitra, Satyakumari, and the rest of the staff were always smiling and ensured a comfortable stay.

Great food. Tried few starters, curries and roti. Everything is delicious and made as per our instructions . Staff are welcoming and professional. Fantastic experience.

Food and quality of the food is out standing, waitres reciving is also excellent, Especially the waitress sumithra who served our table was received us very Good, I recommend every one to , stay and have lunch especially on Sundays here.
