I had L5-S1 disc protrusion with thecal sac AP dimensions at L5-S1 6.1mm and i had severe lower back pain and sciatica pain. all doctors i consulted said i should go for surgery. I was suffering from Sacroiliac joint paint from past couple of years. Multiple orthopedics and multiple MRI's scans, everyone says there is no problem in the back.
