The atmosphere is lively and amicable, for people of all ages - it is an inclusive gym for diverse groups of people. I've felt quite comfortable working out at my own pace. The instructor Mr. Arup Dutta is very friendly, encouraging and non-judgemental, and I truly have a great time here.

Nice experience..Best Gym in survey Area.. Two months ago I was 81.5 kg of weight... During two months I have lost almost 10 kg under the guidance of our coach.. It's been 2 months since I have joined F3 fitness and after this experience I thought of writing my heart out. To begin with i must thank Mr. Arup Dutta (my guide and trainer) and Mrs Diana for their support both during workout and outside. I can with utmost surety say that I couldn't expect a better guide in gym. In the beginning I was quite hesitant to lift weights due to my chronic low back pain. It was motivation from Arup da which made me to plunge into the weight and I in no time started getting results. As my back muscles strengthened my back pain started diminishing, I started feeling lighter and flexible and gradually could feel my hypertrophied muscles. When I started off i was 83 and after 2 months I'm 74. Though I have a long way to go, still I'm happy and content with my progress in 2 months which ofcourse would not have been possible without Mr Arup Dutta and Mrs Diana. So thank you so much

The trainer is very professional and he is very helpful. He helps with the diet and the exercises till we understand the concept behind it. The time is also very flexible. The location is also very easy to find. Overall I really enjoy my time working out in here!

I have been working out in this gym from the last one year. It has been a good experience so far. What I learnt from here is to rediscover yourself grow beyond what you thought you were capable of, growing strong together💪🏽
