Too low on staff. Two people mainly handle everything. Low on knowledge in term of products knowledge. Aircel offer good 3G at very low prices. Just next to papa john's outlet on 80 feet road.

very bad response from store team. i requested them to change my postpaid to prepaid. postpaid services has been disconnected and prepaid services not started even after three days.
i was told by them, it will takes 10 days to change but until i can avail to use postpaid services. but its quiet bad experience for me without having network access. its been neither postpaid / prepaid. i went to store for many times even their response is quite bad.

Service quality dropped like any thing in last 6 months..very unprofessional staff..confused & very less product knowledge but shows the attitude they know everything...they don't care for customer..they are inferior than local shop in product knowledge..
Only knowledgeable store manager can't solve the purpose..If he has to solve everything then what is the purpose of keeping others..

worst service.in main cities it self aircel stores not there.

Now Aircel store was closed in Koramangala pls don't believe this map....
