Okay, so let me tell the true fact about this shop. I went to shop for electrical accesories in this shop on 18th Sep 2021. It was evening, and almost 6pm. I took some time to make sure that I want to buy from here, but at the end I did. The total bill amount was Rs 13000. I bought 9 ceiling lights, and 2 spotlights along with other accesories, wires and all. Since it was getting late, they did not check all the lights that they gave me, in fact they checked only a couple, and assured me that if anything is found damaged, they would exchange the same. They seemed very saintly while making this promise. Now the irony starts. A few days back I got a call from my electrician that 1 ceiling light is damaged, i.e. doesn't work, and 1 spotlight is completely damaged. Believing that the shopkeeper would be sympathetic and would keep true to his promise, I called him up, and narrated the issue. But now the tone has changed completely. He said, "We checked and gave all the lights to you. We have to check." I mean, seriously? Would I lie for a couple of lights which cost Rs 500? This shop is like a mirage. It seems friendly at first, but once the sale is made, the chameleon changes its color. I felt really bad after that phone call. So, my advice to anyone is this, think twice before visiting this shop, as they care zero about post sales service. They are a group of money hungry businessman, who would forget you the moment the sale is made. I will be giving a few more reviews with the copy of the bill they gave me... Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
