It's the best option for nikon camera users. I have recently visited regarding my camera service and repair which was a request repair. Parts were not available anywhere pan India then Gurgaon head nikon office helped me to get me my required parts for repair my D810.
Service fee was fare and Service time was also satisfactory. 👌

Their staff is really really helpful. They solved my camera issues within a day. Plus I had also used many of their services. They were really nice to me. Cleaning of camera price could be low but still okay! Else everything was fine & good. They took very less time for camera repairing. Overall I feel convinced with their services. Thumbs Up!

Don't try any other local service. This place is good. Bit heavy on pocket but worth it. Prompt reception guidance and service. In case your eqpt demands more than 25k u can try local service guys. But OEM may charge more .. it's gonna provide you service. My issues resolved with in time frame and just a little more than expected on pocket. Worth it 👍👍

My camera got broke front and upper body. They replaced the same. My camera is new and working. Thanks Nikon team for making it right. Office was clean and all COVID-19 safety measurements were taken. Staff is helpful and has good knowledge on what they do in short professional. Digital payment is accepted like card, UPI and Cash as well. Parking is so sufficient here. Call before going for the timings as they have changed during this time. Am happy with the work done.

Very helpful and supportive staff members, they will ask you for water for sure, which I like the most welcoming manner of staff members, Services are nice but charges are quite high, More than expectation. Rest everything is fine.

The course is wonderful and a great way to spend a day for an amateur photographer and learn new skills. The course makes you well verse with the camera functions making you understand how you can get more out of your machine. The initial setup environment was very good and loaded with examples of photos and techniques that we had to explore later.
