Absolute WORST service from Marina Tata. My Nexon EV which is just 5days old had minor issues and sent it to the service centre. They dont even consider that this isna brand new car or take it on priority. Very pathetic service from tata. They promised the car will be delivered today itself, but called me in the evening and told that they wont deliver it today. saying again, THE WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE!

Had booked for Nexon in January, and the executive said the car is ready in April. But we are still to get our car and no updates on the status. Very poor response and support.
