Ive been going to Dr.Shally and her team for about 5 years now, she helped save my cat who was about to die due to weakness and mites, (who is now alive all thanks to doctors and their team)
They have always treated my pets as their own. It is lovely to see the amount of love and care they have for animals.
Recently relocated to bangalore, Doctor helped me with the paperwork for my pets’ travel as well as cared enough to check up on the pets to see if they reached safely.
Would 100% recommend you to go here for your four legged babies, because they’re going to take utmost care for them as well as treat them as their own.

On 6th December, I had booked an video consultation with Dr Shally for my Female cat Billu. It was a great experience talking to Dr Shally, She is very polite & listens the problem patiently. She is very supportive and willing to help.

I had to visit the hospital for Cat’s Spay as per advice by Dr, however unfortunately my cat didn’t go inside carrier so far. We are trying hard to take her to hospital immediately/ coming days as we cannot delay her operation further.

Dr Celly and the handlers at this clinic really know what they are doing. They are extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. They understood the kind of care our cat needed while she was being examined. Extremely grateful for all their care and insights.

This review has been long due. I don’t I have enough words to praise and thank Dr Shally. She has always been super helpful and has gone out of her way to put my cats pablo n cleo at ease and in the best of health. Both my cats were neutered/spayed by her. During Cleo’s spaying, Dr. Shally discovered pyometra thereby saving her life. Her love for animals clearly shows the way she treats your pets and speaks to them or even follows up regarding their health. While we were in the process of immigrating to another country, Dr Shally helped us in the entire process throughout so that we could take our cats with us. Not just that, I was in touch with Dr.Shally from the airport as Pablo is a nervous flyer and on landing I had her reaching out to me to check how are the cats doing. If you have a pet- close your eyes and head to dr shally and you will not regret it.

Absolutely the best doctor (Dr Shally) in NCR for cats (and dogs). I drive down 2 hours each time to get here and it's worth it. The staff is also gentle and kind with my cats. My cats don't get scared or stressed here because the handling by the staff is so good.

Dr Shally Mattoo is a sweetheart and a lifesaver !!! My dog , Thor , is a Rottweiler and she's the only Vet who has the quiet confidence and cheerful disposition to make our Big Boy relax !!! One of the most trusted vets you'll find in Delhi NCR. Reasonable prices than the other veterinarians around and she treats the pets like her own. The doctors and staff is really welcoming and will make you feel at ease. They also provide regular updates about the pet in case he/she is hospitalized. I personally had the best experience and Dr Shally and Dr Rishabh were saviors for my kitten who was fighting for his life and really took good care of him and pampered him apart from giving him the best treatment possible. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at SJ'S Pet Care & Clinic! I was quite concerned because my dog got paralyzed in one leg due to a small accident. The staff was incredibly friendly and considerate with us. They lost no time in quickly referring us to radiology specialists for necessary scans. The doctors at SJ's quickly identified the problem and began my dog's treatment. My dog made an amazing recovery in no time and can now walk normally again because of their knowledge and commitment. The clinic also gave us a well-planned food plan and walked us through each step. I'm extremely grateful to SJ'S Clinic especially Dr. Shally for their exceptional care and assistance. I strongly suggest them to anyone looking for excellent veterinarian treatment for their pets.

I always appreciate Shelly's mam work. She is awesome and very experienced and she is like a God for all pets. Although i never met her but i saw the videos of "Max" aka makku during his treatment from Shelly mam. Plz watch those videos of Max on youtube channel "The Himalayan Husky". With the help of medications and guidance of Dr Shally my dog joy recovered from hip displasia. He also had canine distemper and has almost recovered from that too. We came to dr shally when our earlier vet doctor gave up on joy. She didn’t. And see joy recovered . Can’t express my happiness and thanks towards her.

Dr. Shally is one of the best vets that I have come across in past 17 years. I had been consulting her for my dog, Jerry for past 8-9 years from the time he was in his peak adult stage until now when he has gotten very old. Dr. Shally is very good at her work (have experienced it over all these years) and the best part is the warmth she provides to the pets and strays alike.

Recently, when my dog fell seriously sick and had to be taken to emergency ward of the pet hospital (not wanting to name the hospital) early in the morning. While they provided immediate attention and I really appreciate that, the warmth towards the pet was missing which plays a big role in healing. It was more mechanical and the level of connect which I have always seen with Dr. Shally was completely missing. He was discharged after few hours and when the report came in the evening, it made me feel as if the end was near. I called Dr. Shally, shared the reports and I cannot express how that five min conversation brought the hope back. She was factual and yet so assuring. And I can tell that this hope transferred to my dog also. She spoke every day (since my dog was not in a condition to be taken out of home daily), checked on his progress and provided clear instructions.

A 17 year old dog who didn't eat for 5 days and kept lying in his bed, finally got better and resumed normal life as before he fell sick. All because of God's grace and Dr. Shally's efforts. Both, me and my dog, have huge gratitude for her presence in our lives. God bless Dr. Shally for the work she is doing!

Dr Shally and her team are the best vet i have met they took care of my dog and gave us the best suitable treatment for him. After being mistreated by big name vets hospitals in Gurgaon my dog was on the verge of dying but Dr Shaly made the impossible possible and helped him recover and heal. Dr Shailly is the most reliable and professional vet out there - please go ahead with her without thinking twice. I have been taking consultations from her for several of my animal rescues as well as my own pet dog. She has always been very patient throughout the process, dealing with my hyper self with her calm and composed attitude.
