I booked their vehicle to reach from IGI air terminal to Sikandarpur. They reacted to my call and sent a vehicle in fewminutes. The driver was in all respects amicable. He helped load my stuff in the vehicle and empty it at my home. I have chosen to utilize their administration next time I visit India

the driver of this company hit my car while he was carrying passerngers of his client(Amazon) and when i spoke to his supervisor about the accident and repair, he promised to get my car repaired and requested me to let go of the car as his clients were getting late for work. Some days later they asked me to get my insurance claimed and that they will reimburse anything that wasn't covered in insurance. 45 days after multiple follow ups with this supervisor and the company owner, the payment was still not done. finally, he blocked my number and when I did get through to him when I called using another number, he made his wife tell me that they will not reimburse the money!!
DONT take their services, they are not a responsible company.
