Super OYO Townhouse 398 Cloud Bay, Near Genpact, Sector-69, Gurgaon

Absolutely wonderful staff! We arrived quite late at night and were greeted with a warm welcome and drinks for my husband, me and my children. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The hotel happily accommodated our requests for drivers from the train station, and to the airport the next day. Both drivers were super friendly and made sure we reached our destinations safely. We needed an extra bed in our room, and within minutes staff arrived to set up the bed. We also ordered room service for dinner and both meals arrived quickly and were delicious. The room itself was very clean and and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes that we all enjoyed very much. :)

Attention to service was excellent, breakfast foods were varied and included several gluten free options. Our room was beautiful and larger than I expected. The beds were amazingly comfortable and having a bathtub was a real plus.❤And one guy named Rohit Yadav assist us 24 hours and help us in every kind of work. Food is good but it isn’t tasty, its just eating without tongue so don’t expect too much but staying here feels like king

Service, Food, Location & Room, everything was fine. But bedsheet and blanket were not cleaned properly.
