After living many years in Philippines, I really never experienced good spa center in India but when i visited this place i was pretty amazed by seeing the wide variety of Body spa & therapies. The ambience of this place is very welcoming, earthy and warm. I had an amazing experience with Traditional Tibetan kunye Spa. The staff is very professional and efficient. They know the right techniques which is very impressive. Will highly recommend this place if you want to Soothe your senses, restore balance, and rejuvenate your body and mind in serene oasis of tranquility.

Had an amazing experience at Alaya. Since it's a well known and reputed spa in Delhi NCR, it was my first choice to go for some me time. Went with a friend and the experience was brilliant. Friendly staff, relaxing interiors, excellent service. Overall such a good experience. Will come back for a couple spa soon.

Undoubted one of the best spas I’ve taken till date! I love spas & have taken them in multiple places. So I have benchmarks in my mind. The quality of the service at Alaya was super. The therapist was very patient & clearly very pro at her work. Extremely polite too. The place is so clean & hygienic. The room has its own shower & steam. & the location at Crosspoint mall is just very central. A must visit just for the experience.

Starting with the ambiance , it was so peaceful and perfect for relaxing ur body with all the massages available.. very well organised n hygienic ..the spa session was like so relaxing and rejuvenating dats take all my stress out of mind .. whose session was full bliss with the professional Therapist n well trained.. she gives me 1.5 hrs of pure energy..

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wholesome experience. The massage was rejuvenating and I almost took a leave at work after that - I wanted to take a nice long nap! Me and my better half went to this SPA near Galleria market a few weeks back. Perfectly located, great warm ambience which takes you in a different world.
Welcoming front desk staff, great knowledge, very helpful. Clean and hygienic rooms with attached steam and shower. Great therapies by very highly experienced and well trained therapists. Went off to DEEP SLUMBER.
They stood true to their name “Alaya” meaning a stage before nirvana.

Tried their services for a Balinese 60 min massage . Nice decent place and very safe .you can access the same via lift if you park your car on mall basement.

Post spa they provide steam and shower facilities also they provide you basics to change to before massage starts.

If you have sensitive skin tell me them in advance . They used olive oil with lavendar infused for the full body massage. It was really good and relaxing

The most amazing experience of spa therapies coupled with hydramatic facial of international brand “Repechag”
Was a great treat to myself.
I had gone there a few days back with my husband. The Tibetan ambience created by Burma teal wood was so welcoming, and so was the front desk manager who explained us about different therapies along with their benefits. Finally we opted for Alaya signature therapy “Tibetan icunye” followed by a facial in the couples room with attached steam and shower. The therapists were very well trained and the therapies were one a a lifetime experience. After that two other therapists who were well trained for seaweed facials did our facials in the same room.
A great time..fully enjoyed..rejuvenated.

It is difficult to find a place like this in Gurgaon, where you get genuine therapies from trained masseuses. They are very professional and have a wide range of therapies which you should definitely try. Although the foot massage and shiatsu combo is my favourite, Tibetan kunye is their signature therapy and you should experience it at least once. The owner is also a very nice and humble man, who will guide you about which therapies to take and make the best out of your experience. I'd highly recommend this place.

Alaya Spa is a trusted service provider with very professional staff, hygienic and peaceful interiors and modern setup. Very effective to treat your mind, body and soul and destress. The treatment rooms are spacious, well equipped and also have attached steam and shower unit. I had a wonderful experience and would surely recommend.

What a lovely morning I had at Alaya Spa on a Friday! I had opted for a dry Shiatsu massage for my ever painful shoulders and lower back and I have never felt more relaxed. The masseuse knew what needed to be done for a perfect experience. Kudos and I am definitely coming back soon!
