Clean and pleasant rooms, helpful and responsive staff and manager. It's close to C V Raman Road so there is some amount of noise and smoke from the traffic but chiefly during peak hours. And of course it is a short stroll to Sankey Tank and all that good lakery and greenery. An excellent option in a zone without a lot of mid-budget hospitality options.

Had a very comfortable stay. Feature rich facility. Courteous and helpful staff. Nice amenities at doorstep. Only minor lack is no breakfast... But this is only a boarding hotel. Nevertheless good hotel is available just opposite to the facility. Excellent value for money.

We stayed for three days and overall value for money was great. The hotel is located in one of Bangalores best areas - quite and tidy!

The rooms were ok. Nothing fancy, but clean and fresh. No mosquitos, clean beds. Hot water is there.

nice hotel close to IISc. The rooms might seem a bit small but it has all the basic amenities. The rooms and attached bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The manager was very responsive and the service was also prompt. Note that not all rooms have big windows and if you want that please ask beforehand. The electric kettle, tea and coffee are in the common area in each floor

This hotel is in a class of itself. Not only is the property exquisite and beautifully designed, the staff and amenities are exceptional. Everyone is smiling and wants to go out of their way to make your stay special. Managers of departments introduce themselves to you when you pass them to see if there is any other ways to help. I don't want to ruin the surprise, but when we got to our room, there was a special welcome that I have never seen anywhere else!

Had a brief stay here recently with my family and we were glad to have found a comfortable and affordable stay here. Hassle free check in, small yet clean and neat rooms with a small wardrobe, tidy bathrooms, had wi-fi access, common coffee station at each floor, basic cutlery and ironing table was provided on demand and the services were quick. The area nearby was also good and safe with parks and a lake nearby. Staff behaviour was professional and polite. Check out was smooth.

Stayed for three nights in this hotel. Brilliant location and within easy walking of all of Florences major attractions.
We had a classic double room which overlooked an internal courtyard which meant it was very quiet which suited us well even though we felt the room was a little small.

Located in an upscale part of the city, calm and quiet, but hardly 50 meters from New BEL Road. Close to Sadashiv Nagar Police Station. Clean rooms, well organised, reasonably priced.

was a nice hotel. I stayed there for four nights as I was attending an event at Indian Institute of Science. The purpose of selecting this place was that this is at a walkable distance from the my bzns also. The room and rest room were maintained neat and clean

The location is very calm and peaceful. Hotel rooms are neat and clean and moreover spacious. There is no restaurant at the hotel. So you need to order foods on Zomato or swiggy. There is no shops nearby areas.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Hot water is available 24x7. Self serve Coffee/tea/hot water station is available on every floor. Iron box and table is also availabke for common use. Limited car parking. Staff is helpful. No frills but best for budget stay and worth it.👍👍
