Very bad experience before checking in. Absolutely pathetic behavior of front office staff. No respect for customers. In my 30 years of travel and stay, I had to walk off without checking in. Please avoid this arrogent hotel. Never stay or recommend. Please please

Value for money business class hotel. Clean rooms and toilet. Basic toiletries provided by hotel. Ac and hot water available. Underground parking facility. Friendly staff. No restaurant run by this hotel management. But a nice Arabic restaurant in the ground floor.

Stayed for a day ..was nice experience ..room and everything was nice .. didn't expected that when we saw the pics in booking applications. Staffs were so welcoming and the rooms were neat.

Tv doesn't work. I personally don't mind it.
The hotel is not launched yet so the entrance can seem a bit dark and dinjy.
No WiFi password given unless asked for. Again, personally it's not much of a deal breaker for me.

This is value for money. It's clean, air conditioned and with a rickshaw stand right outside. The staff is courteous and polite and very helpful, but no early check in. The air conditioning is very much needed in the city and you won't feel like leaving your room till late evening. The rooms on the east side overlook palm trees so opt for that side. Breakfast is only idly or uttapam, alternate days, and tea, no coffee. Their restaurant is under construction as of now. WiFi speed is excellent on the second floor. All in all, one of the better places I've stayed in for this amount of money.

I am super impressed by the friendliness and kind behaviour of Mr Mohan the manager at Varsity Bay. Both Mohan and the GM have been absolutely kind and helpful.

I find this kind of hospitality even more important than how confortable the rooms are.

The hotel its self is decent , newley build and all the equipments are still new and maintained.
location is good, close to many restaurants and places of interest.

I have extended my stay with 4 days and i will sure be back here when ever am in Calicut.

One of the best budget hotels I stayed in Calicut. Best customer service added to the location. They have Executive Double Rooms and Deluxe Rooms. The only difference between both is Delux Rooms have window. Privacy and good ambience. Great place to stay.

Well cleaned rooms. Budget friendly near to bus stand and Auto stand . Stayed here for 2 nights and it's really great..... Highly recommend.

This is a must visit place with delicious food and even more delicious desserts. The ambience is great and very spacious and in a great location. It’s a must recommend place.

Best OYO I have stayed at till date. Stayed here at a stretch for 15 days and going to stay again. The property is new and the staff are very courteous. Bus Stop, restaurants, beach, a super market everything is close by. Definitely would recommend.

good staff, facilities are good however they are pretty new in Calicut and they are still setting things up hence a lot of construction chaos meanwhile a good stay overall don't expect 24/7 room service

The best place you can find for under 1 grand to stay near Kozhikode(calicut). Make sure you're carrying your ID as its compulsory to show ID proof. Also make sure to either book the room on apps or online sites as its easier and you'll find it cheaper!

Clean rooms and well behaved staff. The breakfast was good. Had tremendous help from Mr. Mohan. Preferred place with low cost
