Royaloak Furniture Sohna Road

Store has good variety of furniture. I purchased king size bed which was out of stock on Royaloak app but they made sure when it can be available and delivered it before the time. Due to few scratches issue on the headboard, i got it replaced as well without much hassle. Throughout this process, I want to give special thank to their executive Akansha. Starting from explaining details of each product, she was very helpful in supporting all of my minor queries about delivery update. She made sure to get back with the details with her senior in case she doesn't have it. Which is very rare quality of a sales person as generally people doesn't care of the customer after the product is sold. Thanks Akansha for all of you patience and support. And thanks to Royaloak sohna road for standing with the value of Royaloak and making me a happy customer.

Entire shopping process was done with ease. Store staff were very polite and honest in their approach. The experience of buying in this store was very good, they delivered and installation were done before the promised date. They have a wide variety of products ( and you can also buy online), Himanshu's attention was very good, he accompanied me in the purchase process until the day of installation.
