Today ( 04/06/), i observed that This outlet selling medicins without Air conditioning
outseide temperature crossing 40 degc where as inside temperature at 60degc..
on asking explanation about same, staff has given rude answers..
Dont visit Apollo pharmacy as they do not have commonssnse to maintain pre conditioning of medicins

Had a really poor experience with this shop, please stop making fake bills.

Be aware the boys working inside try to make you fool, this is my second experience with them, they tell you higher amount and say bill will take some time or machine is not working , and tell you higher amount to pay, rubbish men’s working at appolo pharmacy 22 A gurgaon.

Generic medicines of their own company are not available at their end i ordered cough choice d of Apollo and they insist cough syrup of cipla

Behaviour of staff is very rude,they don’t know how to talk with customers only one female staff’s behaviour was polite otherwise everyone behaves rudely there at Sector- 22 Gurgaon Branch and I noticed this thing many times.
Never expect this kind of Service from apollo pharmacy.

Unprofessional people. They try to give you medicine without a bill.

Worst delivery service. Ordered medicine 2 hours back. Got it after 10 calls and multiple reminders.
