It has been a wonderful experience joining the Honda family connecting through Honda Cherish, Gurgaon. Yesterday, which was a busy delivery day due to Christmas eve i.e. 24th December, I received my Honda Elevate ZXCVT silver car in a excited celebrated manner to make this important day of my life even more special😊. From the initial talks to the final delivery of the car, it has been totally smooth and stress-free journey. The people are nice and helpful.
Good suggestions and instructions received from staff to name the few are Mr. Gautamji, Miss Richa, Miss Meghanaji and my connection point Sh. Jitendraji. Jitendraji in one word is GEM. Despite of hectic schedule, he calmly, patiently and devote time to listen each and every query and then clarify, address and accordingly advise the query in very professional manner. Experience and knowledge are seen in his response. Neither he or any of the staff push me to make a purchase but allowed me time to take a decision at peace.
Registration, Insurance and Accessories was done at Honda Cherish itself without any compulsion. Time line for delivery was accurately followed. The customer lounge and cafe are well designed, don’t miss the amazing coffee during discussion.
