The service provided during our family trip to Vietnam was exceptional. They were pretty flexible in customizing the itinerary to our preferences and accommodating our last-minute requests which made our experience truly memorable. The local guides provided were all helpful in bridging the language barrier. The restaurant recommendations and arrangements were very thoughtful and perfectly suited our needs. Overall our trip was very enjoyable and thanks to this agency.

We were a group of 11 people who booked a trip to Kashmir with AmarVishwas. The 7 day trip covered Srinagar, Pehelgam, Sonmarg and Gulmarg and everything from the transportation to the activities were planned based on our needs. Special mention to the wonderful guest houses and boat houses booked for us which made our trip very comfortable. A week back had been to chaardham yatra,well organized by whole team.V had been through bad weather while traveling, inspite of that our yatra was successful. Hat's off to driver's, kitchen department staff, the whole team survice was speechless.

My parents had Booked a trip through them for Puri , they had one of the worst experiences ever. Places were closed on the day the itenary was planned. The hotels they booked were horrible, you can get lot better hotels for cheaper price online. Guide was not there for 2 days out of the 4 days of the trip. The taxi driver was very rude throughout the trip. Would never recommend them, a big NO especially for senior citizens.

On February 28, 2023, We travelled to Kashmir with the help of Amar Vishwas Travel.

The preparation went as planned, but the coordinator and driver from Kashmir scammed us right from beginning of the day.
In Sonmarg, the coordinator and his crew purposefully made us to slip in a shaky snowy area and forced us to go by sledging.

In gulmarg, Driver lied that without a guide, visiting would be challenging. so we hired a guide who seems a friend of the driver. He was irritating/forcing us go skiing and sledging with his team members throughout the visit, so we were unable to relax and enjoy the location.

On fourth day we stayed at the Pendura Boat House, which was less than ideal. There were many issues in the room. The mattress was very hard. In the morning, we went on a shikara ride and went to the Shankaracharya temple.

The overall experience was not good.

My experience wid this travelling agency was a havoc while getting back my money as I could not make my trip due to some reasons! So please be sure Abt ur tour,nd also be sure Abt the agencies promises!
