Hotel Villa Maryam

The rooms are very well maintained before the guest arrives. Room is well air conditioned.Very clean. Only problem is the location it's more into a small road difficult to locate. Near Baby memorial hospital. Friendly staff and service is also good. Reasonable price /Car parking facilities are there/ lift/ food is also served from hotel Zam-Zam when ordered.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa Maryam , and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel and the outstanding service truly made my stay memorable.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate condition of the hotel. The lobby, the corridors, and my room were all spotlessly clean, which immediately put me at ease, especially in today's climate.

The room itself was not only clean but also well-appointed and comfortable. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout. It's clear that the hotel takes hygiene and guest safety seriously.

And they're providing hot water, electric kettle, refrigerator and complimentary breakfast at just a budget range

Excellent room ,but not enough food service

Excellent place to stay with good value for money! Stayed with family during our Calicut visit. Clean and well maintained room with a/c. Staff members were very polite and ever ready to help. Since it is tucked away from the main road, it is calm and quiet with no sound of traffic. Limited parking is available in the basement. Restaurant was available but not operational when we stayed. However, may good eateries are available at a walking distance.

the hotel is a quite place in the heart of the city. The room was spacious enough and neat and clean. the bathroom was also nice. baby memorial hospital is very near. you can also good to some good restaurants nearby. we had a fantastic stay there.

I decided to go with a local's reference and chose to stay at this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

The rooms were clean and well-furnished. To make things better, complimentary breakfast was delivered to the room. The staff were warm (this is typical for folks from the Mangalore-North Kerala belt).

One of the best premium budget hotels stays in Kozhikode's center. very neat, hygienic, and premium room with all the amenities and a modern washroom. Usually, we will be disappointed with a stay in a hotel that costs as much as this one because it may not be clean, have no basic facilities and amenities, etc. But this hotel is exceptional as their rooms are very neat and they put all the amenities out before the guests check in, including towels, soap, shampoo, etc.

We never had to call them for any of these items. They do have a restaurant with all types of foods available. They are in Kozhikode center, even though they are not on the main road; the new bus stand, the KSRTC stand, the RP Mall, and the Focus Mall are all within 2 km of the hotel. Staff attitude is also fine. Overall, we really recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a perfect premium stay on a budget. This is a family friendly hotel as well.

Came to attend a meeting. Stayed here for 3 days with a friend. I had a pleasant stay. Friendly staffs and the rooms were clean and neat. Perfect place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Villa Maryam and I always choose this hotel when ever I need a comfy place to stay and work in Kozhikode. The staffs are incredibly helpful and the service was exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms are having a space to sit and work, also provide kettle and essential to make tea or coffee. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons(minor) - corridors has to repainted, fix a minor complaint with the door locks - it gives not so good a first impression...

We had stayed at Maryam Villa on behalf of our event at Calicut. We had a great experience. It's very Higenic. The services are too good. They provided a great stay.

Hotel Villa Maryam is a three-star hotel located near Azhakodi temple in Kozhikode. It is a calm and quiet hotel with excellent service. The staff is polite, humble, and respectful. The rooms and toilets are neat and clean. I had only one problem with the television, but they serviced it well later. The hotel restaurant is not operational, but guests are allowed to order outside food. Ample parking is available on-site. Nearby tourist destinations include Sarovaram Biopark, the Planetarium, Kozhikode Beach, and Mananchira Square. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay, and it was budget-friendly.

Stayed here with my wife in my recent Calicut. The place is plush, clean and well maintained. The rooms are also well designed, the beds are comfy, the air-conditioning works perfectly well, the bathrooms are also well equipped. They have a fair amount of parking space as well. The tariff was around Rs.2500 and the value for money was higher than that. Great wifi connection as well.

Would stay again for sure if the price point is still in the same range.

I loved the atmosphere here. The rooms were excellent and the staff were great. Got locked out of the room a few times due to a faulty keycard, but was immediately rectified by the staff.

The rates are pretty ok for the price and it's cheaper to book it through goibibo or some other app

Absolutely bful property in the heart of city itself. Precisely it's very near to Baby Memorial Hospital.
The rooms are really nice and the best part is the staff's working there. GM Prasad and his team was really helpful through out our stay for my sister's wedding. It was so hassle free!
