Its in the centre of the city, and as the name suggests, located just beneath the Central Library frequented daily by a lot of readers. Accessibility and location is a big plus. Add to it the calm and quite ambience of the place and the neat, tidy and beautiful interiors. Juices and stuff tasted quite nice and the prices seem very moderate! Try it out once, you have my assurance that you won't be disappointed!!
