5. PROXIMITY TO RAILWAY STATION: The property is conveniently located 2 kms. from the railway station, making it an excellent advantage for those needing train transportation.

6. VALUE FOR MONEY: Given the cleanliness and the inclusion of breakfast, the pricing of this hotel is hard to beat. Finding such a combination of affordability and quality is challenging in many places.

CONS:

1. Narrow Street Access: The biggest drawback is the narrow access road leading to the hotel from the main road. This could be problematic, especially if you have a large vehicle, such as an SUV. Maneuvering through the narrow lanes is a hassle.

2. Limited Parking Space: The hotel's parking facilities are limited, and if there are more than four cars on the property, you may need to park on the main road and walk to the hotel. This can be inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage.

3. No Elevator: The hotel needs an elevator. If you're assigned a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, have a lot of luggage and need help with back issues, the absence of an elevator could pose a significant challenge.

4. Limited Wi-Fi: While Mobile broadband is never an issue in India, it is essential to mention that the Wi-Fi here is only available in the reception and ground floor areas. This could be a drawback if you need a stable internet connection in your room.

It's been awesome to stay at this hotel.. Most importantly it's so hygienic and well manners of staffs. In Calicut I'm strongly recommend Hotel La mer Inn for first time visitors

The rooms were excellent, rates were a bit higher. These types of rooms can be rented within the 1000-1200 range. It's a new building. Rooms and washrooms are clean and hygienic. The AC is in good condition. Lift facility is not available. The location is at Jail Road, which is a bit far away from the bus depot or railway station. Connecting roads are narrow, may face difficulties if you are driving your own car or coming by cab. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Overall I stayed there for one night and I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed there for three days. Location is a residential area struggling to identify the property. The property was clean and good . Room service was awesome. The negative point is they provide only 3 half liter bottles of water for three days after that they charge the price.

Recently had a nice stay there. My scheduled checkin time was 12pm but I reached there early morning. Booked through goibibo and payed a little extra (reasonable) for the extended stay. Room was pretty decent for the price.

Car parking is little difficult as the hotel is little inside, but rooms and service is good.

Clean, calm and surprisingly affordable. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, especially for the price I paid. The staff were friendly and accommodating. But the location can be a bit of a challenge.

Great service, nice AC rooms

We stayed here 5 nights in 2 rooms. Staffs are very nice and lovely.
Located in a calm place, no traffic noices, but easy accessible to all places in Calicut city.

We were ordering foods through Zomato, Swiggy and Potafo. Low cost food available at near by Freedom food factory (Jail food), just 500 mys to walk.

Road is narrow just for 400 meters, but it is enough for most types of cars as there is no more traffic, Tata Indigo and Innova enters here.

Best hotel for families, both gen and lady staffs are very nice behaviour.

Very nice stay.. room neat and clean. Road was difficult to drive.. reception staff was helpful and smiling face anytime. Service also good.

Excellent service, only problem is the accessibility which is both an advantage and a disadvantage. I've never tasted such a wonderful breakfast (which is complimentary) in a very long time

Very helpful staff and management. I was traveling with my sick parent. The staff members went out of their way and helped us out. They were caring and displayed true essence of hospitality.

Nice people and behavior. Recommended for unmarried couple. No one is going to question you. One of the best oyos in town. But situated in a remote place from the city centre. Only a narrow road is available to reach there. No SUVs or big vehicles can reach there.

The best stay , as i have came for my business this was appropriate stay and the services were best all the staffs were very helpful, friendly and kind. The ambience was very peaceful. The best budget friendly hotel.

Enjoyed the stay, the staff and manager was friendly. Only drawback is the location which is not far from the main road, but the road to the hotel is a little narrow. Apart from that, everything seemed as promised.
