Good rooms, fairly well maintained. Attitude and involvement of staff members is excellent, rather unmatchable. Appreciate their hiring, managing and training of human resources. Good food, expansive parking space, central location. Housekeeping is at par with any branded classified property.

The lunch buffet was really great, tasty and economical for just 249. Must try and the staff is really friendly, approachable especially staff Joseph. The place is very hygienic and child friendly.

Excellent service after taking a suite room for 3 days for my family who were visiting from Mumbai. They were thoroughly impressed with the service mentality all through. Definitely recommend this place of you are looking for a good hotel in the center of the city with very helpful staff.

We hosted a birthday party of our mother at Darbar hall. All arrangements and services were excellent and done on time . Excellent support by Nishad and team . Very good food

I ws given a room which was though big enough but the lights or the intercom weren't working properly. But when I called the desk ( with much difficulty struggling with the phone) within 5 minutes they shifted me to a new room infected I guess I got upgraded with no extra cost.

Recently we had our College (Batch)reunion at Hyde Park hall " Hotel Hyson".It was a very beautiful experience.
The hall was aptly arranged for the function . It can hold some 50 people.
Tea and snacks was served at 11am and was complementary.
Mike and sound system was good.
Ample space was there in the hall to conduct cultural activities and games.
A wash room and dressing room attached to the hall was really very comfortable.
We took a 3 non veg Buffet lunch and all dishes were excellent and yummy.
The staff at Hyson were very cordial smart and helpful. Mr.Suresh NK was incharge of our function, he was very helpful and always available on call till our programme was over.
I and my friends express our gratitude to Hotel Hyson and their staff for their sincere efforts.
I give a 5 ⭐ and would recommend 👍😊

Well maintained hotel and trained staff, highly recommended for get-together and any types of celebration in their hall, staffs are very professional and well behaved, food quality is very good, location of the hotel is at prime location in the heart of city near to ksrtc bus stand, and not far away from railway station also. A lots of parking space is available.

The food was Aman zing as well as the service. The staff was super helpful and went the extra mile to satisfy the guest. Definitely recommend.

Clean and well maintained rooms, excellent and prompt service. Location easily accessible with plenty of parking space. Breakfast spread was limited and of average taste. But all in all worth the money and would visit again

Very neatly maintained hotel. Rooms were good and neatly arranged. Washroom was clean. Though the rooms have old switch controlled ac system, temperature was ok. Room service was good and the staff attitude was also good and welcoming. One star less with a suggestion to the management to provide soap dish in shower area since it was an incovinience. The food was rich in taste. Enjoyed the stay.

Good food with reasonable price. Nice ambience. We have tried fish curry meals and chicken biriyani. Both were tasty. Staffs are very polite and courteous. Good parking space available.

One of the finest hotels in Kozhikode (ex. Calicut).
It's very close to bus stand and still very silent peaceful and elegant place.
The hotel has a huge parking space inside the compound where you can also go for a walk in the evening leisurely.
The rooms are big and well furnished, getting such big well maintained rooms for such a good competitive price is unbelievable.
The staff are also very courteous and friendly.
The feather touch electrical switch panels adds more features to the rooms.
Breakfast is served in the room and the same is of good taste and quality.
The breakfast timings start from 08:00AM, which can be changed to 07:00 AM so that we can plan our day better and start early to work.
The room service also can be improved a bit with quicker response, otherwise all fine.
