The hotel is centrally located in the city. Rooms are good enough, service also good and budget friendly 😀

Superb experience. Comfortable and safe accommodation especially for ladies. Rhe location is also very convenient as you can access most areas easily in the city by foot Or auto. Very polite and friendly, helpful staff who go to great lengths to make guests enjoy their stay. Good food, definitely recommend this place

We came here in medical emergency,with my one year old kid,
It was very kid friendly ,plus the staff and location is perfect everything is walkable distance
It's very clean,and hygynic also in a very reasonable rate they provide u all kind of services ,

This is hotel situated in the best place in Calicut. Because most of the happening places are just nearby. Good parking area. And the check-in process was very fast, Good customer service. Room and the toilet are very clean. Breakfast was also great.

Had an event to attend at the indoor stadium and decided to stay here. Loved the place. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The room was on the slightly smaller side, but the beds were nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean. A few mosquitoes made their way into the room. Instead of calling the staff I dispatched the mosquitoes to mosquito heaven with my own two bare hands. Breakfast was satisfactory. Along with a South Indian option buffet, they had puri, on order eggs, toast, cereal, milk, tea and coffee, fruit juice. Can't complain really. The mall next door has everything that you need. A nice eating area (famous biriyani), Sulaimani tea, a hypermarket and a good array of clothes shopping if you are so wish. I would not hesitate staying their again.

It’s a budget hotel in the heart of the city. I have stayed overnight with family, very neat and tidy rooms. The washroom was very clean and well maintained. The dual cool inverter A/C instantly brought the room temperature down, the room was gifted with a mini fridge too. It’s a pleasure to stay at De Grand again and again.

Bar is Very Good, Reasonable Price, Very good Verity of food, Non Drinker's Can also Enjoy there, very good Coustomer Service, Verity of Non-Veg Masala Dosa, good Verity of Fresh Juice and Shakes, Taste of the Dishes can be adjusted according to the Coustomers wish(Spicy, Less Spicy, Dry, Salty, etc), LCD TV inside the Bar- Can watch Cricket or Football. Smoking area Just outside the Back Door(No need to go very far).

Very nice hotel, located at the heart of the city. Recently renovated. Very clean rooms, linen, Excellent bath rooms. nice room furnishings. Good staff, fast check-in and check-out. Its small hotel but very comfortable.
The advantageous fact for the hotel is its location. Its very near to the bus stop, Otherwise its just average. Average rooms, food given. The staff were good. Affordable for a short stay for 1 day or 2, not for very long

Nice accomodation for executive meeting.1-2 night stay will fine.

I would like to thank all the staff and management for serving us an excellent Onam Sadhya this afternoon. I recommend everyone to just try the Onam Sadhya at De Grand. The food was served very hot and the Palada Payasam was so tasty.
