Manuelsons Malabar Palace

Had four days stay at Manuelsons recently. Booked through MakeMyTrip. I am very much impressed with the facilities, the courteous staff, delicious and variety food and above all the location at the middle of town. There is ample car parking facilities. Free Wi-Fi and 24 hours hot water even through wash faucet. The main thing I am impressed with is, even after providing all these amenities the price is very affordable for a four star hotel facilities Very much recommendable

I enjoyed my stay at Malabar palace. Quite and calm place one can really feel stressed out . Breakfast served was really nice, also the ambience is good 👍. The staff here r also very courteous and helpful.

Situated centrally, just 5 mins from Kozhikode railway station. Rooms are superb, food is okayish, room service is top notch and so is the laundry service.

The renovated area has added a good look and convenience for wedding reception party etc
The quality of food excellent
Demerits are, requirements of usable lifts especially for the aged, we experienced a very bad and tough time

After a pathetic experience at Miracle Hotel and Resorts, we checked out in a huff. We had no clue if we would find another hotel.

While we were going about our business, I decided to call Manuelsons Malabar Palace to check if they have accommodation. I was lucky! But, after my “Miraculous “ experience, I didn’t want to take a chance, I began to ask them basic questions like availability of a telephone in the room, chairs, table, etc

My questions must have been strange because I was connected to Suji Radhakrishnan, the Manager, of Operations. He was very empathetic and assured me of a comfortable stay.

We finished our work and reached the hotel only by 5.30 PM. The moment we identified ourselves at the reception, Mr Suji Ramakrishnan was personally there to welcome us. His warmth was very reassuring and the way he went all out to make us comfortable was very touching ; so typical of Kozhikodan hospitality!

Manuelsons Malabar Palace is located in the heart of the city with all important landmarks close by. The location of the hotel and its wonderfully trained staff is the perfect place for any business or leisure traveller!

Keep it up Manuelsons Malabar Palace and once again gratitude to Mr Suji Radhakrishnan!

The best thing about Malabar Palace is its location - it's so close to Mananchira Square and SM Street and you can easily reach the bus or train stations too. I booked a Deluxe Room but upon arrival, it was upgraded to an Executive Room with a great view and the service was excellent. All toiletries were provided and provisions for tea/coffee. We didn't opt for the breakfast package, so cannot comment on that. But the menu had a wide variety of items for everyone's taste. Recommending to anyone who is looking for a stay at the heart of Calicut (Kozhikode) city.

to Top it all , the breakfast was top notch . The vegetarian options here were miles ahead than any top class vegetarian restaurant . Lip smacking dosa , vada , coffee .. 100 % recommend this place ..

Thanks to goibibo for suggesting this place.. Stayed here for 2 days and would definitely suggest for family and couple....room i got was clean and had all the supplies and even their service was really satisfying

We had an amazing experience at Malabar palace..stayed there for 2 day with my family..easily accessible location ..easy check in..no confusion regarding extra bed for kids...neat spacious rooms, 24 hr warm water availabilty...replaced tea bags on day 2 without asking( most hotels don't do that)
