Excellent service. I requested the car from 1:30 to 5:00pm. Driver was there to pick us up at 12:30. Rakesh was exceptionally courteous and went an extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Car was clean and in good condition. I highly recommend them.

My family and I have used Victoria Travels/Amritsar Car rentals many times over the past years in our travels from Canada to India. Mr Gurcharan Singh has always been very pleasant and prompt with any inquiries or questions, and always provides the best deals for all of his customers. All of the cars are clean and very safe. The drivers are all experienced, kind and friendly and never mind adjusting the route or itinerary as per our needs. They also have self driven cars available which is a great experience in India. I would hands down recommend Victoria Travels/Amritsar Car rentals as a great, no strings attached, company to use for car service while in India.

Without any doubt Yes, they are expensive but its very simple and secure way of car rent in Punjab. It just work the same way like Hertz, Avis and all there rental companies we are familiar with.
They do take deposit and rent upfront but Zero hassle to get ur deposit back.
Mostly the rental was made over the phone and took less then 5 mins to get the paperwork done and took even less time when i return the vehicle. Gurvir Singh is the guy whom i dealt with and yes he customers service was outstanding, so is my whole experience with Car rental.

Top class service. The car was dropped off where I required it. Then picked up at the location I requested. Honest guys. They provided all the paperwork, permits and insurance for me to drive the car. When I returned the car. They refunded the 10,000 rupees security fund. Gagan was especially polite and good mannered. When I picked up the car. I photographed the car on all sides and made a video also. This I passed onto Gagan, their agent via whatsapp. So there would be no dispute with respect to any damage. Minor scratches they do not worry about. I am from the UK. Top class service.

Sorry 4 answering late, u guys are really super!! Earlier I lived in America but now staying in India Since 5-6 yrs nd u....... N only u people are the first one who were so caring nd polite n senncible towards the female which is really appreciable coz we can't find these Attiquates in India where mens can dominate only. I'm a single mum with 2 minor kids but I got such a nice n homely environment by u guys that I totally forgot even once that this is rental car. A pecial thanx from my kids n myself to the "owner" N "Mr.Gurveer", both are very humble n down to earth person. They kaniw how to behave with a female! So girls!! Be ready!! Coz I strongly recommend them personaly........ Thanx a lot
