ICICI Bank Majith Mandi, Amritsar-Branch & ATM

Today, I visit to ICICI Bank, Majith Mandi Branch, Amritsar to open an saving account. A bank employee was offering me a saving account with minimum deposit 10000 with everything paid charges i.e. Atm charges, sms charges, imps charges. When i asked him any other type of saving account then he offered me minimum deposit of 1 lakh.
I was wondering how can he offer me from 10000 minimum deposit to 1 lakh directly. Then i asked him you do not have any other type of account like 25000 minimum deposit then he refused. Then he asked me "Aapko kitne wala chahiye". At that moment, I felt that i am dealing with a cloth merchant not with a bank employee.

Very unprofessional staff.

They have blocked my card without giving any prior information that too against a card that was issued in 2018 which never reached me and as per customer care it was still with branch . The branch had no clue as the record was not with them and asked to register "LOST " for re-issue new card . To add to it they have contract with third rated courier company Blue Dart which has a habit of claiming first attempt as unsuccessful most of the time which I have experienced multiple times and have filed complaint as well . But ICICI customer care is limited to sending loan and conversion to EMI messages only on daily basis . Rest of the customer care can be mentioned as NILL BATTE SANNATAA !!!

Whole staff is unprofessional specially their cash counter girl she is very lazy & she don't bother if any cust request her to be active she don't deserve this kind of banking position i think the whole staff don't deserve even one star very very poor service nd bad experience deal with them

Service is very poor.I never suggest to anyone for this bank.
