Had a pleasant stay at Exotic Hotel with my family young child and elderly. Room was really clean, bathroom spacious and clean. Hot water and good breakfast. The staff was thoughtful and told us to just rest and go to bed and can do the check in procedures the next day as we arrived quite late at midnight. This hotel is situated in a lane where there is no crowd and it's so peaceful, a really short walk to golden temple. The team really took care of us well. Lift is currently being installed which will be useful for the future. Note that your vehicle won't be allowed in this area, so if you have lots of heavy luggage might have to get a rickshaw to get there

Great hotel! Staff is super friendly, especially Kiran, and they made my family feel welcome. The room was comfy and clean—perfect for a good night's sleep. The food was delicious, and the location is awesome with lots of things to do nearby. Whether you're here for work or fun, it's a top-notch place to stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel Exotic is in walking distance of only 600m from golden temple. Rooms were clean and accurate as per photos. Best part was room service, it was excellent 👍. Highly recommended stay in Amritsar.

Food was tasty but pricey. Room was good. Only challenge is that the approach road is narrow so of you planned to come by car they should be mindful about it.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, as the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh were both within walking distance. The rooms were clean, and well-maintained. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. They also arranged for cars to take us to the Wagah border and dropped us off at the airport early in the morning. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Exotic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amritsar.

We stayed at Hotel Exotic for 2 nights. It is a great place to stay and is walking distance to the Golden temple. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They also provide airport pick up and drop off service as well as private tours to the Wagah Border. The staff including Kiran ji, Lucky ji and driver Sarabjit ji were very kind and helpful. We had a great stay. Definitely recommend!

Though its a home turned hotel it is self sufficient! Nothing hi fi but v neat clean rooms!
Our criteria was a nice safe hotel close to the golden temple which we got !!
Mr Lucky & Miss Kiran who are on the front desk are so humble & helpful.
Mr Lucky goes out of his way to make his clients comfortable.
Miss Kiran guided us perfectly where to eat , famous dhabbas like kesar, brothers
& famous sweet shops & papad bari shops which were just round the corner!!The location is perfect as said 5 mins from temple!! Even though we had a late flight after check out they adjusted and gave us a room where we rested as all was done,with NO CHARGES That’s commendable! Nobody does this!!many NRI’s too stayed at the same hotel !I would definitely recommend it for someone looking for a Cosy place! As we were hardly in the room ! But overall a nice decent place!!👍👍

The place is very close to Golden temple and shopping Locations. The service is good. The staff is friendly and warm. Airport pickup drop was on time and efficient. Many thanks to Lucky and Sarabjit for making our stay comfortable.

The accommodation was outstanding, Kiran and all the staff's hospitality was truly commendable. Every aspect, from the cleanliness of the room to the quality of service, exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable _ I look forward to returning in the future

Hotel staff were very friendly. Especially Ms. Kiran at Reception made us feel very comfortable. Complimentary tea/coffee and bottled water was also provided. Our stay also had breakfast included which was as to our taste on both days we tried it.

The hotel is situated only 8-9 minutes walking distance from the Golden Temple. There are sometimes police checkpoints on the main road and they might not allow uber etc. to go inside the narrow streets of the old city however e-rickshaws can always approach the hotel easily. Also hotel vehicles can be used for airport/station pickup etc. We used the hotel car with their driver (Mr Jawahar) for our Wagah border visit which was very convenient and an enjoyable experience.

Exotica hotel has a very nice ambiance and their rooms are very well maintained.
The food quality is really superb.
Vipin(Lucky) and Kiran are the pillars of the aforementioned hotel and they work so efficiently to make sure that their guests are feeling comfortable and don't miss out on any of the hotel's amenities.
They are very well spoken and provide excellent hospitality

The hotel is situated about 400 to 500 m from the Golden Temple. It's located in a residential area. Navigating would not be that difficult. Kiran was extremely helpful and kind in arranging station pick up. Very friendly staff and specific mention to Kiran and Lucky. Though I was put in a room in ground floor, please mind that there are no lifts in this property. That being said, all their services are exemplary. Thanks Kiran and Lucky for making my stay great.

We stayed at the Hotel Exotic for four nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the Golden Temple and other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Kiran Ji and Lucky Ji, the room service was prompt and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable 2 double beds, a TV, and an electric kettle. The bathroom was also clean and had a hot shower and toiletries. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and parking.

The breakfast and dinner were included in the room rate, and they were delicious and varied. The breakfast buffet had a selection of Indian and continental dishes, such as parathas, upma, poha, toast, cereals, fruits, and juices, tea and coffee. The dinner buffet had an alacarte menu of Indian and international cuisines, such as dal, paneer, pasta, salads, and desserts. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was courteous and attentive.

Taxi service provided by the hotel was reliable and affordable, We used their taxi service for pickup, drop, to visit wagah border and to visit Shri Kartarpur Sahib. Jawahar ji driver saheb was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area and attractions.

Overall, we had a great stay at the Hotel Exotic and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation in Amritsar. The hotel has good value for money and warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Though to reach the property it is a little difficult due to the width of the streets, the property itself is beautiful and very clean. Would recommend this any day.

We had a very pleasant 3 nights stay at Hotel Exotic Amritsar. Rooms were neat and clean with all the required amenities. Staff is very courteous and polite (Ms Kiran at reception and other folks as well). Location is very convenient, just 5 mins walk from Jallianwala Baugh and Temple. Highly recommended!
