The hotel is very safe for family stay. We had booked a Triple share room, it was clean, soo big in size, nicely decorated, clean bed linen, AC, TV, etc etc all amenities are available in this room. Bathroom was big and clean, 24hrs hot water. We ordered food from their kitchen and it was delicious. Near to Golden Temple, locality also safe. Many people complain that you have to drive through many lanes to reach this hotel but I felt that local roads of Amritsar are actually like that so toto auto are the best way to get around Amritsar. One thing I want to mention that the phone line was off in late night, it should be available for all the day. And lastly which is very important to keep payment documents at right place. Hope you rectify yourself and never repeat that. Other wise it's a very good stay. Hope to stay here again 🙏🙏❤❤

Best place for stay in Amritsar for budget travelers. Following are the USPs of this place:

1. Neat and clean rooms and washroom
2. There are no foul smells in the hotel due to Tiles provided on all the walls.
3. Slippers provides for washroom.
4. Kettle
5. Very nice behaviour of the owner and staff
6. Good room service (especially tea)
7. Provision of hot milk for infants
8. Looks like a newly built property.
9. Daily housekeeping including change of bedsheets.
10. Walking distance to Golden Temple.
11. Complete package with all the basic amenities.

The hotel is very affordable and good for family as well as friends stay. The location is good for tour of famous places.

We booked a 4 Adult Family room during Nov 2023 for around ₹3000 2Day+2Night by calling them directly through their website.
Pros: 1. Great location of hotel as it's nearby Golden Temple (walkable distance)
2. Owner Mr. Satpal Singh (Sunny) is friendly and available all the time, solves your concerns on a call
3. Good clean rooms value for money
4. Great food available nearby along with medical help

Cons: 1. Warm/hot water takes time after opening of tap, but that's not much of a concern or problem.
2. You'd need to remind the staff to get you things done sometimes but that's also not a major concern as they'd solve your problem afterall.
3. I'm not sure if they have a kitchen as there was no kitchen in the room. Wasn't required in our case so we didn't bother

Fantastic stay, neat and clean room , I am coming 8 am in the hotel but they not charges xtra for early check in, good staff, coprative staff, Rooms are spacious, tea and coffee 24 hours servise very good servise

This hotel is very safe for womens,& All hotel staff was very kind & have helping nature.Hotel present in crowdy area but inside hotel there is quite environment.

Very nice rooms ... Price is low ... Location very good .. the rooms are cozy ...it also has a kitchen..
Only issue is the network issue on ground floor.. rest all fine .. go for it ..

I see the review and book the room for 2 days , i m reach station 11 pm and take auto for hotel , outo says very far hotel not good hotel but i say muje vaha hi jana he , unse muje bhut conves kia ke me dusri jagah lu hotel , me jasneet me pahuchi 11.30 vaha per thora sunsan tha , mene socha auto vala sach to nhi keh rha , but i stay rooms are very clean , i go to golden temple 6 am its very near only 3 min walking , near the market i relax its good place to stay near golden temple, auto vale sach me bhut dara dete he apni commision ke chakar me ke kahi or book karva du , Staff is very copartive i stay 2 nights her with my faimly , wonderfull stay, near golden temple, if u cook by self its kitchen is also available, ye muje last day pata chala nhi to hum vaha kuch bana lete , no problem next time , Thanks for Satpak singh for your facilities in your home stay, sach me ghar jese feeling aati he , i recomated plz stay one time In this place

Especially with food and staff

But location is not that accessible and not at all safe at night
