Hotel 49 - Amritsar

The place was good!
I would say too good!
But the only things were felt disappointing is staff asking for the tip
The rooms service guy asked for tip!
Thats was enough!
But the guy who brings the luggage! Also asked for the tip!
But when we tipped him! I was like sir ji aur bhi 2 log hai aur dedo na!?????
Like ssrly! And then he was demanding again!

Good hotel, great service. Complete value for money. Even helped me recover my speaker I lost in one of their rooms. Highly recommend.

Stayed Here for a day. Rooms are spacious & very hygienic. Food provided is excellent too. Location is close to Golden Temple. Would recommend this hotel for stay in Amritsar.

As per cost the Best hotel with a friendly staff and the rooms were clean and service provided was awesome really we are enjoy with family. Thankful to the manager and staff

The hotel is great. Last time I stayed with my family. The staff is great and the food is terrific. I advice to all of you. Must stay at this hotel with family once . It's near to golden temple . The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is Highly appreciated and recommended.
Location: very good : near to golden temple and Railway station
Room : very neat and clean, all though size of the room is not so big but it's good
Food: very nice 👍👍 and complete menu is available all the time
Service: Amazing very quick
Breakfast: buffet was not available but it's amazing to see that compelete breakfast menu is available in room on order as breakfast.

Have parking, good location, hygiene is good, staff members are polite, all services are good, clean and tidy, location is also good

It was an excellent experience staying at this amazing hotel. On check-in I asked reason for naming this hotel as hotel 49 and guy responded that it is lucky number of owners. Also the fact that this hotel also has 49 rooms for same reason.

It is super clean & spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Pictures posted. Service is very prompt with all people very nice especially people at reception. The location is on the road & accessibility is easy via Uber, Rikshaw and all. Uber cars are typically Rs 100-110 for Golden temple drop and Uber Moto at Rs 30-40 which is super cheap in this city. Amritsar bus stand is almost walkable distance if weather heat is not a problem & wanna enjoy vintage city on foot that takes us back in time 😅.

All the fittings in the washroom and rooms are perfectly in working condition. Good water pressure, geyser, good A/C, no problem with power failure and all. TV is cable one not smart TV yet. Interior of room is very beautifully done. Lift is available. Lobbies are spacious too. The room has a window to get natural light or 🔥 air.

My room 203 also had a great blessing of watching beautiful sunsets 😀. I posted a few pics of it. Gratitude for my room too.

Haven't tried food except dal khichdi so can't comment much on it. However, room service is available with the kitchen at the hotel. Also haven't tried a complimentary breakfast so can't comment on its quality.

Great shout out to management and professionals who are managing and running this property respectively. Am surely coming back if ever in Amritsar and if price still remains as reasonable as they are now 😊😊

Awesome, Excellent. Great Experienced.
Rooms are clean. AC, Geyser, TV all are on working conditions. Stuffs are very much helpful in all aspects. Specifically Foods are Delicious. Quantity and Quality wise full value for money. I will recommend all of you please visit at least once at Hotel 49. This is our 4th visit. So We will visit again. Thank you so much for Everything.

Firstly I booked one night to stay at this hotel, later I extended 2 more nights. Very good hotel in Amritsar and they provide top notch service. Value for money.

The hotel is very good. The services and the food are also very good. There is parking and lift available so one can visit without any hesitation.
We stayed here for two nights and we loved it...and now we are leaving...Thankyou Hotel 49.

It was a pleasant stay in Hotel 49. Professional owners and staffs, I should say. The hotel is 2 kms away from golden temple but worth staying here. To reach golden temple, autos are available for Rs 20-25 per person from here. The room that we stayed was clean and ventilated too. There's an in-house kitchen too, means we have room service of food of our choice from their menu. We thank the owners, Mr Karanbirsingh, Mr Rajaji and esp. Mr Sonu Roy for their hospitality, they made sure our stay was comfortable. We were allowed to keep our luggages in a room after check out as we had late train to catch. So had no hustle to roam around until then. 😊👍

Excellent budget hotel. Value for money property. Located 2.5 kms from Golden Temple. Rooms are spacious and tidy. The best thing about the hotel is its location near the guru bazaar. Free parking is also available. One can't complain if you're on a tight budget. The Washroom was clean. Overall, we had a very nice stay. Highly recommended.

The best budget friendly hotel in Amritsar. The owner & staff are very friendly & always welcome you with a smiling face. The room was very clean, equipped with modern amenities. Food was great. Service time is lightning fast. I couldn't ask for more. I really wish I could have stayed for long.
