Very good service by owners, managers and staff.Sherry was courteous and very helpful. Subhash was prompt in service and spared no pains to cater to all our needs. He guided us well and though we visited Amritsar the first time we had a wonderful experience.

the staff is so kind and helpful. they were patient, understanding and generous. i highly recommend asking for their cab service, as the person we got was also very friendly and asked for a reasonable rate.

this stay was a pleasant surprise after a long, tiring journey.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Hotel is located walking distance from the golden temple. Every thing about this hotel was great. Staff behaviour was polite and humble. Room was clean and their tea was best , everyone should try their tea.

Excellent services in amazing hotel. They are very helpful. We have senior citizens and children in our group they made both comfortable to stay. Our whole group was happy. Jujar singh(yuvi) and Shubhas singh were very good , kind and helpful person.They will help you in every difficulty. You will get Tea and coffee all time with good taste.Thank you so much for making my trip awesome.

Nice room, spacious, hot water + very very kind and helpful staff

Guri helped a lot from amenities when checking in, to bringing drinks and carrying our heavy bags upstairs. He also helped us take out bags down the road to weigh them before our flight, free of charge.

Subhash Singh was also very helpful with coffee/chai in the morning, and helping with bags and rickshaw loading

The stay on this hotel is wonderful.
1) Location - 2 mins walking distance from Golden Temple
2) Must try is the Tea - it's just like we are drinking amrit. Maza agaya bhai.
3) Staff behavior is very humble including the Manager and owner.

The behaviour of staffs were very good specially of Mr Shubhash. The tea was awesome. The food quality and the cleanliness is very good 👍. Thanks to the entire staffs for making our stay a pleasant one.

If u want a place near golden temple it is very good and subhash in the staff was very helpful . The place was neat and tidy and washrooms were also clean but Be aware that location is on very narrow roads. Hotel was great overall but beware of roads if you are in a big car

Amazing hotel. Just backside of the golden temple. Location is really convenient for visiting golden temple. Really loved their hospitality. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I think it is the best hotel in Amritsar.

Had a pleasant stay at this Hotel. The tea was absolutely amazing. The service was brilliant. The location of this hotel is also great as many tourist attractions are nearby. If anyone is coming to Amritsar do book your stay here. The people here are very helpful specially Mr. Subhash. He ensured the safety for the guests. The hotel is at minimum walking distance from the Golden Temple which is a great plus point.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is quiet clean and staff is very friendly. Subhash and other management members were really helpful in ensuring the customer feel safe and home. The best part is the location of hotel which is nearby Golden temple. You can visit the temple on foot which is hardly 500 meters away. The hotel also has its own parking field and you can park your rented/own vehicle here. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

I stayed at this property of 5 days with my family and friends, excellent stay ,very near to main temple, its a Value for money,very polite staff especially Mr Subash, & Sherry always helpful ,cleanliness and hyginic place ,owner of the hotel always willing to help. Must stay .. 10/10

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during March 2022. It was wonderful stay. Rooms were tidy. Room service was Nice. The hotel staff was very polite. Mr Subhash helped our stay to be comfortable. One thing I should mention here. At the day of check-out, I had got some health problems so I requested them to little extend it. They allowed me to extend it for near 3 hours without any issues or extra charges. Thanks to complete Hotel staff for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

The rooms look exactly like the photos. The service is very prompt. Rooms and property very clean. The rooms were very tastefully decorated. They upgraded us to family room and it was huge. They had 24hrs hot water. Had a very comfortable stay and loved it. Not noisy. The best part is location which was excellent just 100mts from golden temple. We were two females travelling and went to the temple at 12am and they waited for us till we returned. Very safe. Their tea and aloo parantha is very good. They allow outside food from swiggy zomato n even provide cutlery for the same. Good strong WiFii. There was particularly 1 staff , i dont remember his name who was the sweetest and always smiling and ready to help.

Disliked · The property doesn't have lift. So mobility issue people may face some difficulty. But they were kind enough and accommodated me on the 1st floor as i had walking problem.

Excellent service by desk staff. Desk staff Sherry & Subash are superb. We had taken four. Rooms for two days. I liked the Indian masala tea made by Subash.

Newly renovated hotel at walking distance from golden temple. We booked family room for 3000 for 2+2 kids. It was very pleasant stay and excellent room service. Staff is very cordial.
