Experience in the hotel was pretty good, staff behaviour up to mark and the room was value for money

Very Courteous caretaker, Mr. Daniel, was more than helpful, cooperative and suggestive of all the possible solutions that could make our stay better and comfortable.

Rooms are maintained well and so are the washrooms. Location is convenient as it is close to the market, and all the monumental and historic Places are at a walking distance.

Add-on: they are in the process of installing an Elevator currently, which I surely believe, will bring in elderly guests and more people.

In this price range rooms are very good.
Staff are very supportive and friendly.
It's near to market and easily accessible.
Rooms are good maintained and clean.

My overall experience is very good with Madan Residency.

Rooms are best for family. Rooms are very big and comfy. Every facilities are available here. Please visit once in a life. Very good prince.

We had a really pleasant stay with the owner and the staff being so helpful and considerate of our needs. Also since we were just 3 ladies travelling we were quite worried but the place was no doubt very safe and since it resides in the heart of the market it was a little less troublesome to go back tired after shopping.

Budget family hotel.
Owner behaviour & staff are quiet supportive only one thing which I feel is their is no water cooler which is very much needed to all customers. Rooms are neat and clean.
That's why I'll give. 4 Star.
I hope next time. When next time we visit the hotel vikas ji resolved this problem.

Excellent services experience at this property and the part is honest behaviour of staff. I would highly recommend this place if you are going to golden temple. Golden temple is just less than 1 km from this property. Must visit😊

Hotel is very clean, location is in kapda bazar so shopping is all near by and very affordable prices, golden temple, partition museum, jaliawala bagh, kesar dhabha, kulwant kulcha all are 400-500 meter, not even this everything is in walking, railway station 1.5 KM.
Also provide taxi service at same market rate.
Mr. Vikas Ji (Owner) behaviour is very good and he himself made our two days plan which was very perfect, we used hotel kitchen for maggie and to boil milk for kids.

The rooms are clean and good and the response from the staff was very polite. Especially Daniel was very active. Just 600m away from golden temple

Reaching there is quite tricky but it's in the middle lane between two main roads and room are quite good enough for solo and couple traveller as spacious and attached washroom are provided in few rooms and one different washroom for dormitory. Attendant dev bhaiyya was so nice and owner were too supportive ... Partition museum, golden temple are on walking distance from hotel. Avoid reaching out late night it's not safe ....
