Service was always great!
They also took me into a tour by Golden Temple and Border. Food was tasty, room was very clean... I don't use hot water buy they had it. Staff was very kind and always helpful. Drivers and all I scheduled was always on time. Whenever I come back to Amritsar, this will be my first choice. Thank you !

Big Room with Spacious bathroom with Hot Water all the time. Superb breakfast & Dinner. They also serve Jain food if you want. I never seen such a beautiful Hotel in my entire life. Each and every staff member is so courteous.Impressed with the hospitality the management is providing. Decent hotel in Amritsar in reasonable price. 2.5 km distance from golden temple. By walk it hardly takes 30 min to golden temple from here. If you're a foodie, there's a street food place where you get amazing food for affordable prices in just 2 min walk.

The food was freshly cooked and excellent. Meals served in our room were always fresh and really hot. We would happily have stayed another week. Just felt so comfortable staying there. Stayed two night at hotel hong kong inn to see Wagah Border and Golden Temple. Close to Railway station about 15 min walk or quick rickshaw ride (50 rupees) Good service - we arrived at 2:30pm, as the train ran little late and were able to arrange taxi to border straight away. Breakfast is taken in the room as there's no restaurant, but good choice and selection available. Room good size, shower good and hot too, much appreciated after getting soaked in torrential downpour at the border. Could leave our bags there all day after check out which was very useful. Tuk tuk to Golden temple 150 rupees. Friendly, good service, Good hotel of amritsar.

very nice stuff, the breakfast was really good and the rooms where clean. After checkout we could store our backpacks for the rest of the day, which was very convenient.

Our stay was amazing and very comfortable. The staff at the reception as well as the house keeping staff were very polite and helpful.We asked them about the best dhabas and best possible way to go to those places. They never insisted to hire their own taxi. Although the hotel is located at slightly congested location but it is very neat and clean as well as quiet. The in-house kitchen prepares one of the best and fresh food.
