I got in touch with Vishal(owner) of Swami travels via a friend who had taken his service pre pandemic. The conversation was smooth. I told him my itinerary and he came back with quote. Was traveling with 7 adults and 1 kid so we hired 2 taxis. Right from the booking till we reached Amritsar, Vishal was in touch. Shared the driver, taxi details with pics of interiors. Drivers were before time always. Both taxis were in good condition didn't face any issues throughout our travel of 7 days throughout Himachal. Shera paaji and Kaka paji were our drivers who were thorough professional gave us the best of services. I didn't check with other travels for price bargain as my friend had given very positive feedback about Swami travels. Overall 5 star ⭐ services provided by Vishal and he's become a friend now. Small gestures means a lot when Vishal camera to meet me personally and helped me with some personal work going out of the way. Keep up the good work.

I booked Innova for my journey to Dharamsala and Dalhousie. Very happy with the service.
Following are important points I noticed.
Mr. Rajindar Varma was driving the well maintained innova. Absolutely excellent driving skills shown by him. Specially on narrow and ever turning roads of Himachal Pradesh.
He was ready at the airport for picking us. Very punctual. He was ready every morning to drive us around. No tips and meal money asked by him ever. He was giving us the privacy through out journey. Never participating in the family conversations. Full marks to him. Innova provided was also well maintained. No hassle about payment and other stuff.

I called Swami travels after seeing reviews in Google for my 9 days trip to Amritsar, Dalhouise and Dharmasala from 9-Aug-19 to 17-Aug-19 in vehicle PB01 6708 which is neat, spacious and well maintained. Vishal co owner quoted best price in the market and arranged very good vehicle in advance. Avtar Singh is an awesome driver which I recommend to every one. He is very punctual, ensures safety, polite and guides properly in every stage. My experience with Swami Travels was excellent and I give 10 / 10 without any iota of doubt. Even payment I made only in the last day except some token payments in between for fuel. I highly recommend Swami Travels Vishal and Avtar Singh for all tourists proposing to visit Amritsar.

So it was first time to Amritsar, we hired a cab Swift Dzire from Swami Travels for 4 days to go Dharmsala and nearby areas. Our taxi Driver- Rajeev was quite helpful in showing us nearby places of Dharmsala. We did visit 4 different temples of Mata's (Indian Goddess). He had a very good knowledge about the areas and best routes possible. A very safe and genuine person. The car was also in a good shape, didn't have any issues. On the last day went to Wagah also, we went a bit early around 3 pm to get the best seats in the area. I would definitely recommend Swami Travels for journeys around Amritsar especially for a family. Also thanks to Sunil and Vishal for arranging everything.

We travelled with Driver Shera across Himachal Pradesh and Pumjab over a period of 15 days 28 July to 11 August 2022). The Innova Crysta was comfortable and stood up to the rigours of the long hours of mountain travel.
