Regenta Place Amritsar

As usual the brand name meet my all expectations with room and food quality.
Mr. Dharmendra in dining is very helpful and nice person. Food is good with more Variety. Thanks to all staff for make my stay comfortable. Most recommended

Spacious, clean rooms. Bathroom is spacious and has excellent shower. However, bathroom has no adequate lighting for shaving. Good service. Nice location. Opposite Amandeep hospital. I'd recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel with Super staff , very cordial and adjusting , Especially Server Dharmendra Singh will guide you to the best for food in Restaurant , Front office Mukesh will support you and guide you with the best for suitable rooms ,Abhishek Thakur will do his best to provide the best Housekeeping for you .Overall very near to highway and best if one needs to stay and move ahead to Attari/Wagah or Golden Temple , ample parking space , spacious rooms , a must visit hotel in Amristar.

Very prompt response and service by everyone.
Had a minor issue with the room and were promptly shifted to another room. The floor manager specially took care of it and made sure we were happy.
The only thing which the team might like to look into is the breakfast spread, very limited menu. Rest everything was praiseworthy

Location of the property is very good, on the road and very easy to locate. Excellent hotel for stay in Amritsar. When we visited our room was upgraded and provided Hassel free early check-in also. Rooms were big, clean and service was excellent. They provided extra bed for kid. Staff behaviour was customer friendly, specially Mr. Vikhyaat is very nice and cooperative person. We took room with breakfast and dinner, food in restaurant was tasty and you can have various options. Adequate parking space is available. Overall good experience.

Though the exterior isn't that attractive the hotel has very good atmosphere and the rooms are also kept neat. There's also a switch available when you want house keeping to clean or when you don't want.

It was an amazing experience staying at Regenta Place, The rooms are very clean and at an affordable price....
Extra beds are available as well in case you are sharing rooms....
The hotel is not far away from famous eating points and shops of Amritsar so we had an amazing experience in commuting to and fro of the hotel...
Overall if you are visiting Amritsar and wanna stay a day or two to explore, Regenta is one of the best affordable options....
P.S. when we visited the place, hotel front was under construction. However, it's just beside lemon tree hotel.

I have stayed 2 days in the hotel. Overall It was an excellent experience. From front desk to breakfast table to room service and housekeeping all the members are very polite and comparative.
Especially at the time of breakfast Mr bhola dutta take counties feedback and keep involving with the guests. Good food with reasonable rate and awesome good quality. A big thumbs up ☺ ambience is love.

The hotel is very clean and the room allotted was very good. All the team members at the reception were helpful and courteous. Food quality was great however staff at the restaurant were slow in providing the services. But overall the experience was great and awesome. Would like to visit again.

Excellent hotel of this class...newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping n restaurant staff are also very friendly and helping nature.Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Amritsar I have experienced. Fresh fruit in addition to all the other hot and cold items. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor ‘Mr Magan Singh Shekhawat’ deserves a special thanks.

Pick up us from station which was early in the morning 6:00 am while our check in time was 1:00 pm , I am very thank full to them , bcos I was with my 8 year old daughter , my 71 year old mother and wife. On last day restaurant was open on 7:00 am special for us, their regular time was 7:30 am bcos we are checking out early .

The Hotel is extremely clean and food quality was very good. It had wide spread menu for breakfast and dinner buffet. The hotel staff was very polite and cooperative. Miss Swati was sweet enough to inform us about various shopping areas in Amritsar where we could get authentic Punjabi dresses.

Awesome hotel and great hospitality. Buffet is lavish, both breakfast and dinner namaste with great taste and less spices.
Restaurant staff serve you with smile on their faces. Ready to go beyond limits to serve you. Once allowed us to have buffet dinner at 11:30 om with smile. Not naming anyone, whole staff at moti mahal resturant deserve a praise.
Live music singer is good. Kishore kumar's imitation was mind blowing.
Housekeeping staff also deserve a praise. Branded Toiletries are at your disposal.
4 half ltr water bottles complimentary everyday.

Minor blemishes:

Room did not had balcony or open window, though there was space to provide it.
Washroom ventilation is not good, no exhaust.
Gym equipment and pool are not maintained properly.
