We booked a self drive car for one day. The car was given to us in a good condition. We had on-time delivery and pick up of the car according to our flight schedule. The deposit is fully refundable. The overall experience was great and the contact person was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this to others.

My experience with Hemkund travels had been extremely pleasant. I was handed over the creta car without delay outside Amritsar airport and collected at same location. I would like to mention that he had been thruthful as far as the payment part was concerned. I had actually overpaid him and he had been prompt to bring it immediatley to my notice. I had instantly made an opinion of his honesh nature. Secondly, he was also very accomodative to have collected the car midnight at 12 o clock at airport and did not charge any extra penny as the return had been just prior midnight. He always picked my calls. He had been upfront at the initial stages wherein few minor scratches has already been pointed out by the staff and I was asked to video record it. The transaction was transparent. I was handed over the car in serviced condition. Overall I hired the car for self driving for 11 days had no issues whatsoever. I shall recommend that future clients should consider his services as the service provided was high standard and reliable

He only offered positive experiences, and he was the most approachable and polite person I had ever met. We are grateful to Gurbhej Ji for making our journey so special. I had one the best experience with renting a self drive vehicle from Sunny Paaji. The process was smooth, easy and he and his staff were very accommodating. They dropped off the vehicle at the hotel i was staying at and again picked it up where i asked them to. I will rent from them again in the near future.

We had booked car from Amritsar road trip to Manali Shimla and Delhi. Sunny sir totally understood our requirements and provided us cab facility at a very affordable rate.
We got new spacious car and there was no extra cost from driver, everything was included in our package.

I along with my family made a trip to Shimla & Manali for 7 days. We are very much satisfied with Mr Mani who accompanied us in our trip. Mr Mani is a very helpful & jolly person which made our trip enjoyable and memorable.

I used their Self Drive Car rental service, got to know about them through Instagram and connected with them over the phone. Mr Sunny was very sweet and humble. I selected a Kia Sonet Automatic Diesel, we used the car for 5 days. The car was delivered to us in the airport and all the formalities of checking our documents and the car took 5-7 mins and we were off for our journey. Mr Sunny had refilled the FASTag, which was adjustable in our security deposit. There was a security deposit of ₹5,000 which was returned to us immediately when we handed over the keys back. Their personnel had picked the car from us from the airport. Overall a very smooth process. The car was in very good condition, it had done 35,000kms in ODO, but it was very well maintained and we had no difficulty whatsoever. Our journey was mix of highway and hills and it performed well.
