Trainers are well-trained as well as supportive.
Trainers always motivates new joiners and give proper knowledge what to do and what shouldn't.
In my perception, this gym is quite good compared to others in my area

I joined the gym nearly a month ago. I can clearly see the difference. The trainers are very friendly and supportive, you just need to follow the instructions given by them. Perfect for a newbie.

Very upgraded equipment available also supporting trainer and owners place is clean and hygienic.

Gym. The trainers, specially Dipesh sir is the best trainer when it comes to doing workout. He doesn't only tells you to workout but also guide you what is good for your body and how you should follow your diet. Also, there is yoga and zumba as well

Best in near home. All the trainers are cooperative and attentive. Less crowd best vibe gym. Gym is not too much crowded which is good for workout 🤗

Equipments have good bio mechanism so no chance of injury. Budget friendly gym so can't expect huge space, fancy locker rooms, steam, showers or washroom. Best in the city vicinity. Best of all owners and staff are very courteous. A must join gym of you live nearby.
