The station is well disciplined.
Digital things are really organised all train data visible at any time, not like waiting for any specific train number.
Announcements are limited so it maintains silence, the audio system is good so all area announcements are listed at medium voice only.
Stations have both side entry and exit. Multiple food options are available close to the gate. In case of a one night stay one can get a hotel or dormitory close to the station campus or at the station itself.

Vadodara Junction is one of the historical and prime Railway Stations in Gujarat. Vadodara Junction Station building is designed as one of the historical monuments of Raja Maharaja palace. The railway station is quite big and very clean. Announcements are very clear and informative. I visited vadodara railway station last Sunday to visit one of my relatives. I am very much happy to see the facilities provided by the Railway Station staff. Staircases are very neat and clean. Your almost all snacks items in food stall. Vadodara Railway Station has a very rich history. Baroda gharana belongs to Vadodara. Even Bank of Baroda is having its home landmark
The head office of Bank of Baroda is situated in Vadodara. Vadodara is a main railway junction in Gujarat. Vadodara city is very neat and clean. Long overbridges are helping traveling people to get away from lower road traffic. The longest bridge is length more than 3.5 km long. Bike and car driving is very easy on this bridge .

Also there is one side slop and one side stairs on each platform so you can drag your heavy bags easily

One can get a train to almost every major city from here. Kept clean at all times.

Visited this again and always a best experience at this station. Clean washrooms, escalator facilites, ladies restroom, stalls, cloak room, retiring rooms and basically everything that you need, you will find it here.

Outside platform no 6 you can find many stalls where you can eat. Prefer vej here as gujrat is a vej state. Non-vej is not a preference over here. We went outside platform 1 where there was a hotel we found at a reasonable price. Pure vej.

One of the busiest railway station in India. BRC ( vadodara ) railway station has 6-7 platforms with advanced Indian railways infrastructure facilities. The station is so clean and well maintained.
I wish all major Indian railway stations should follow BRC method.

It's really good to see well maintain railway stations/trains now.

This is one of the cleanest railway stations of India. Recently renovated, the station has all modern amenities. There are two exits one from platform 1 side towards the old city and MS University. The other exit is from platform 6 that is towards the new city and Akota, Alkapuri. Restaurants, waiting rooms, retiring rooms are all available on platform 1. Toilets are available in the waiting rooms of platform 1, and a pay and use on platform 6. There is also an automated toilet on platform 2-3. Railway parking facility is on platform 1 that charges Rs. 50 for 3 hours., While there are few private parking place which charge Rs 30 for 2 hrs and Rs 75 for 12 hours.

A busy railway Junction in Gujrat. Caters to large numbers of passengers daily. Even had a significant number of train arriving from most of major cities.
