I started going to the Edge gym when i was an amatuer. The gym was decently crowded and the trainer was giving time to everyone.

I was able to notice quite good results within a month due to proper training and guidance.
The most likeable thing about this gym is you can get advice from the trainer and they won't try to sell you their products which is generally the case with most gyms.

So, if you want good training and want to see your body grow, you should visit there.

Machines might be old but the training and advice will overshadow everything.

I am going there since 2017,,,this is the best gym I have ever went,, environment great,,,coach superb then great #bhae ji,,,,exercise sessions are the best then I have ever had.

I went there for 1-day trial. It is a an average gym having limited cardio machines (only 1 treadmill and by chance it wasn’t working that day). Hygiene-wise, I would rate it below average.
