Hotel Shubham Palace - Karmanghat

I visited for my friend wedding on a weekend it was little bit crowded. Ambiance of the convention hall is good and suggestable for mini functions it would be a best place. But the food was below average it can be improved a lot. service people in the hotel given a good response to the customer.

As the name suggest it looks like a palace.
The Grand reception place and the family restaurants are well furnished and architecture resembles as we are in a palace. But I feel the service can be improvised. location of the Shubham palace is very convenient it's on main road. Parking is sufficient.

We celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday here and it was an excellent experience. The ambience is too good and all the guests were very happy.

Good and excellent rooms You can book this as a function hall really amazing staff there are so friendly and respecting their customers a lot, As in hotels excellent room quality and great services provided.

The place is for rich peoples not middle class, if you can afford the bill payment and you belongs to rich family then there is no problem overall very neat and clean.

Awesome experience in had in my life till date... Really u can feel like wow interior.. Looks royal and give loyal feel.

I attended my cousin's reception in this hotel, their service is very bad, the one who was recommended to give starters will not check the guests and won't serve as the guest arrives. The counter also got closed before the dinner has started. So I gave 3* for service. But food taste, ambience is very good. I would recommend this hotel for functions but we should be there with service people to be on their toes.

I had to attend a cradle ceremony here and this hotel is looks clean and well maintained.

1. Location is quite easy to reach.
2. Valet parking is available.
3. Ample place to park two wheelers.
4. Service we got in bar section is worst.
5. Food quality and taste is good.
6. Banquet halls are available.
7. Had kids play area.

But in some areas the management should focus to get much service experience to customers.

We went there for a family dinner. Food was delicious. Play area for kids really good and helps keep kids busy until the order is served. Service is excellent. Worth going

Today we had lunch in shubham palace. But food was very tasty 😋😋 & good service 👌👌 friendly staff; Captain Madhu is very responding our table& she is impressed us. The staff and services at restaurant are truly exceptional.
They went above and beyond our dinning experience memorable.The manager Rajesh and his professionalism was impressive .over all the food was great ambience and services by the restaurant were top notch.

Good parking place and good for small to medium range functions.

Shubham palace has all of it starting from vallet parking,entrance look crazy interior..it's good u have 4 to 5 hall depending on the capacity of people u can book a hall..the decoration options are cool,I liked one more thing here food should be served self here such that food wastage can be controlled I feel..we have conducted our sisters engagement here it want very well..
