Crown Relocations (International Movers and Packers) - New Delhi

Mrs. Lekha Verma (lead coordinator) and Mr. Ankit Obediah (in charge of the survey) have patiently answered my (many) questions, and helped me fill the multiple required forms, correcting mistakes when needed. They have also kept communication lines open both by email and WhatsApp, always answering in a clear and prompt way, which is both noted and appreciated.

The team in charge of packing and loading was led by Mr. Ashok Poudyal (and included Mr. Mohan, Mr. Monu, Mr. Bimlesh, Mr. Sunil, Mr. Shushil and Mr. Chander) . I want to highlight that the whole team was great, as everyone was very polite and efficient. The packing went smoothly and the apartment and premises were left clear of any debris.

Another positive point is that when the Crown team noticed that the first container assigned for the loading of boxes for the relocation was not in a good enough condition, they rejected it, waiting for a better one the following day, thus helping prevent problems in the future.

On the whole, and so far, the experience is very much recommended.

Please note that up to this moment , I can only speak about origin services concerning departure point (India), so I will complete and update this review upon arrival to USA and delivery of my household items (Crown is the enterprise I selected to be in charge of the relocation, and they choose on their own their USA counterpart who will deliver my items upon arrival to destination ).

Having been expatriates for almost 25 years, home relocations & moves have been a constant part of our lives and we have experienced many movers & packers in this duration. Crown is one of the best in the job of relocations . I have had the good fortune of using them once from Buenos Aires to New Delhi relocation and then from Delhi to USA . Their approach to handling stuff and even before that the coordinación by the head Lekha has been top notch . She has been very agile in terms of responding to our queries ( and they were many even after the dispatch) and made sure that all aspects were well covered for our shipment . My experience with Crown Relocations has been pleasant and smooth. I used their services to get my stuff moved from India to the US. I like their professionalism and the dedication with which they have handled my goods relocation. It took more than 6 months in total but they worked on my case so patiently. I would like to thank Lekha, Karen and Ankit for all their support and guidance throughout the process. Also, once my goods were shipped, it took hardly a couple of days to reach the destination country, i.e. USA. However, it took another couple of days to get customs clear my stuff but that is just the process setup by the government.

Also, I would like to applaud Mr Rajesh Kumar, the person who came to my home and single handedly packed all my stuff with proper safety and put it in the boxes to be shipped. He was very professional and respectful throughout the process.
