Shree Gayatri Mataji Temple Shahibag

What a beautiful and spiritual place it is!!!!! It is a peaceful place, where you can sit and meditate and feel peace.
By the way, there is a havan's here at 7:15 in the morning in which anyone can sit with dresscode like saree/dress for women and dhoti-kurta for men. Dhoti also provide here.
School also operating by them for std 1 to 7 also.
Once visit this temple with family and participate in havan aahuti.

The calmness and positive vibes of this place always takes my heart away from all routine human life chores. It always provides a soothing symphony to anyone's mind who just wants peace. The surrounding area with greenery provides glimpses of Indian Peackok sometimes. The temple also provides facilities of Gayatri Yagna which really helps those who cannot do such Yagna at their home because of various circumstances.

Always a divine feeling when I visit this mandir. It is situated just next to the Sabarmati river and thus it enhances the overall ambience. Apart from the Mandir there is also a Yagna Shala where everyday there is a Yagna that is performed. The murties of Maa Gayatri and other devis can give you utmost peace of mind and soul.

This mandir is also very much nearer to Camp Na Hanuman Mandir that is situated inside Ahmedabad Cantonment area so in one visit one can do the darshans of both these divine mandirs.

This is shakti pith Gayatri Temple very old temple located at Shahibaug ,since last 40 years I used to go there, we are follower of gurudev Ram Sharma Aacharya, since long back so we visited every sunday this temple at morning 7 a.m. we used to attend yagna at Yagna shala which is in lower ground and every sunday we give Ahuti , and no charges for that all material provided by Temple. This was my best childhood experience I got from this place.
The Temple is very clean, well maintained , 2 times Aarti which all can attend, on Sunday MahaAarti at Evening which is great experience one can have here.
Appart from this Book store, medicine store , and Hospital adjoining.
Best Holy place which I see in my life.

I am a routine visitor to this place and it has always been a great experience for me to be there. Recently in this time of the pandemic i were a bit hesitant to visit but still i visited there with my parents. N i were completely astonished by the arrangements there. Sanitizer provided, thermal temperature check, going through sanitization box for full body sanitization, properly social distance protocol. All is followed seamlessly. Feel free to visit there even during this pandemic.

A very peaceful place where my soul gets lots of positive vibes and it fills my life with lots of happiness.
If you visit once you will definitely visit frequently.

Gayatri mandir is very peaceful and calm

Very peaceful temple in week days but bit crowded at weekends. There are 3 to 4 temples in the campus and also a Yagna shala.In the main Temple complex there are Idols of Godess Gayatri, Maa Ambe & Mahalakshmi ji. There is Bheemnath Mahadev temple one side of the camups and opposite it there is open temple of Shree Radhe Krishna which also contains the Idols of Ramji & Sitaji with Lakshmanji and Hanumaanji.
