As muzaffarnagar is small City but it's railway station services are amazing...

Muzaffarnagar is a city under Muzaffarnagar district in the Indian State of Uttar Pradesh. It is situated midway on the Delhi - Haridwar/Dehradun National Highway (NH 58) and is also well connected with the national railway network. It is known as the sugarbowl of Uttar Pradesh.

The town was established in 1633 by the son of a Mughal Commander Sayyid Muzaffar Khan Barha, otherwise known as Khan-i-Jahan, during the reign of Shah Jahan. At the time Muzaffarnagar was part of the Barah country as it was intimately connected with the Indian Muslim kinship group called the Barah Sayyids, who controlled the upper Doab. From Muzaffarnagar, the influential Sayyid brothers became de-facto rulers of the Mughal empire in the 1710s. The Indian Muslim inhabitants of Barha especially from near the town of Jansath were heavily recruited in the Mughal army and in the personal cavalry of the Sayyid Brothers.

In 1901, during the British Raj, it was a district in the Meerut Division in United Provinces of Agra and Oudh.[9] In 1947, when the country got independence Indian flag was hoisted for the first time in the Muzaffarnagar City.

On October 18, 1976, during "The Emergency, Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's suspension of democracy in India, between 25 and 30 people protesting against compulsory sterilization were killed when Uttar Pradesh police fired into the crowd.

Mujaffarnagar Railway station is having really cool and calm environment along with friendly stuff.
》Small and decent station.
》Platform under construction, so dust and bit inconvenience all around.
》Waiting area.
》 Clean station.
》But problem of lack of staffs on railway station.
》Not a big railway station and having only 4 platforms.
》friendly people.
》Not much crowd at railway station other than local train time peak hours.
》Security is minimal at station.
》Even at night, platform lights are switched off..I don't know the reason for that.

Overall, wonderful experience visiting Mujaffarnagar!

Now these days muzaffarnagar railway station mail gate has been opend since last two week and work in progress. It is very nice looking and new idea for a muzaffarnagar railway station our side of the main gate lots of shop for food and general goods for travel like chips , paper soap , water bottle , cold drinks , news paper and many more....

Best Railway Station in terms of Customer Service and cleanest Railway stations.
At least doesn't stinks like Saharanpur and Meerut City stations which are full off urine odours.
Parking facility is also well maintained.
WiFi is also available.

This city is a major business hub of printing of all kinds at the lower price of adjacent districts.

The railway station has average facilities. Toilets are not cleaned.
At Railway station, mobile charging point is not working while only three charging point available that I have found at station.
I have not found any porter at the station.

Amazing food and people , relatively cleaner than other cities

During the pandemic station has renovated and now it's become a neat, huge and beautiful.... Apna MUZAFFARNAGAR ❤

Muzaffarnagar rail station is a very good rail station. Here parking service is very good. Atmosphere is very good. Bus station is also near from this rail station. I enjoying here. "Here is a lot of parking structure". I will give five out of five stars. I am fully satisfied from this railway station. Here is shivaji temple also. From here you can tak rikshaw also to go anywhere

I feel home at this station. I love my muzaffarnagar. It is my one of the most favourite station in the world. Everything is good. I want to stay here for a very very long time. People's are so amazing, they love each other. I feel proud when someone ask from where you are?
And I say : I'm from MUZAFFARNAGAR. I'm the luckiest boy of this world who born in muzaffarnagar.

It is my Hometown...very clean station..Good connectivity with Saharanpur Junction,Tapri Junction And New Delhi. Have trains like 12205,12206,12017,12055,19031,14646,14681,14521,19565....Have full facility....Track Going to be doubled...

Muzaffarnagar railway station is a station on the Northern Railway network. It comes under Delhi Division of Northern Railway. And provide connectivity to major cities of India mainly Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Lucknow etc. It is an important station on the New Delhi – Dehradun line. It is almost in the mid of the entire route.It has best in class Parking & Cleanliness among entire railway stations of Western Uttar Pradesh.

It also lies on the main route of Northern freight corridor. Almost all the freight of Uttrakhand passes through here.
