In my opinion it is the best institution for science stream.And the teachers are also very hardworking and friendly nature. They always keep ready to help us in our studies and also encourage us to be a good human in future.

As an alumni, I can firmly state that this institution consist of hard working and passionate teachers. At the end of the day, it's up to the student to extract the most out of the faculty. I think the results speak enough and if you are academically inclined, it's one of the very best institutions in Jorhat.

One of the finest institutes for science. I am so happy that I took admission in Pragya Academy. Each teacher gives their best for the well-being of the student. I don't think someone can teach mathematics better than Mrinmoy sir. He is the best, yes he always says that everyone should practise mathematics atleast for one hour and it really helps in physics and chemistry too, and Utpal sir, I think everyone waits for his classes. Physics and chemistry faculty is also very good, they give their best and always there for us whenever we want them. Assamese and english classes starts lately but they are very hard working as well and make a friendly environment during the class. Amar sir's classes include question from boards level to jee& neet level and it's an honour to have guidance from a gold medalist and i have received a lot from sir , whenever I need guidance he was always there , not only guided me for academics but also guided me to build my personality. And biology Anamika ma'am is everyone's favorite ,not only the biology ones everyone Loves her and papori ma'am's notes are enough for boards as well as neet . Yes she is strict but she was with me in my every step, she told me her hostel stories to cheer me up. So my teachers help me to deal with every situation. Gautom sir solves everyone's problem whatever the problem is, he tries his best to know every student personally. Our teachers work so hard to clear our doubts.

An excellent institute with results oriented environment.

A very good institute. It really guided my daughter well. Even during the lockdown, the teachers took online class and also cleared their doubts over phone if they had any. After lockdown, they were also called for their practical classes . Not only boards , they also gave importance to the various entrance exams.

Pragya Academy is the best College for science stream. My favourite subject is physics because of the excellent facilities of the college. Maths and chemistry teachers are also best.

It's probably the best science College in Jorhat or maybe upper Assam......the quality of teaching yes u can't compare with anyone..the best ...I study here and I enjoy it

I am a student of this college of 2020-21 batch . From my experience it's a nice college for science stream. Each an every teacher gave their best to us .

Having being a student of Pragya Academy(HS batch 2020-21),I think my experience with this institution can help the desiring students to get acquainted with it.Do take some time and read it out if you want to  know about it in details otherwise I could have also just given 5 stars and ended my review.But I chose to write in details.Firstly by looking at the year you all have understood that I am one of those unlucky students who could not appear the board exams due to corona pandemic even though  my college and my parents are still of the opinion that if the boards would have been conducted,then I would have been in the top 10 in Assam.Nevertheless,my journey with Pragya will always be cherished.I still remember that when my parents had first met Gautam sir,he told us that if I study in their college,then there will be no requirement of any external coaching.Though I was not completely convinced because in 10th I took tuitions and I got 98.4% in boards and so I could not imagine HS(science) without tuitions but believe me,Pragya Academy taught me the true meaning of self-study.Since I had no outside coaching and tuitions,so I had many doubts and queries related to subject topics and that too almost everyday.Everyday before the classes started,Anamika ma'am would clear my biology doubts,after the classes I would stay for atleast 1 hr to clear my physics and organic chemistry doubts from Arindam/Ramanuj sir and Sourav sir respectively.Mrinmoy sir generally called me in the evening to clear my R.D.Sharma doubts.And trust me it was almost a daily affair but not a single day I was sent back.They everytime helped me out happily.The greatest thing is that if I did not approach Mrinmoy sir for math doubts for a long time,then he would come and ask me why am I not asking him any doubts or  whether I have stopped practising math?All these things continued the same even during the lockdown,over phone calls and whatsapp.Frequent visits of the teachers at my house to stay updated with my study was a common affair in my class 12.Especially our senior physics faculty,Amarjyoti sir used to come to my house especially to prepare a timetable and study plan.I still remember that it was on the day of Diwali when he called me up to ask whether I was at home so that he could come to my house to prepare the next 10day study plan(I remember that he gave me a Dairymilk silk too😋).Also Papori ma'am is very supportive and her biology notes are just another level.And what to say about our English teacher,Muktarul sir.You won't believe, every week I used to send my grammar copy to his residence and he personally guided me in every thing without any extra fee .Whenever I called up our inorganic chemistry sir(Anupal sir) for any doubt,he would come to my house and clear my doubts without any fees. Really I feel blessed to be a part of this institute.Though I was never a NEET/JEE aspirant but solely on the basis of attending my college's classes sincerely,I managed to score 97.56% in JEE 2021.I did not follow any coaching material and I really mean it.I did not appear any test series because I was not so serious about it but however to test myself I appeared the exam.I think I could score this much solely because I attended the college classes with great attention which helped in making my basics strong.Many students took extra coaching but believe me self- study is the only key.You might be thinking extra tuitions are required for board exams,but without any tuitions,I was the sole one in my college to get 100/100 in mathematics in two preboards conducted by our college and my overall percentage was 96+.I am here disclosing my results not to show off my marks but to convince you that if I could get such marks on the basis of my college's guidance+self study then anybody can.But you must have that desire to study as it is rightly said that you can lead a horse to a well but you can't make him drink.It is he who can quench his own thirst.So please don't fall prey to any misleading review.Thank you.

I had a great experience here and thankful to all the teachers and also the non-teaching staff of the institution! No doubt,we can never repay our teachers for their great contribution in our lives!
