I went there to get my duplicate DL, process was smooth and easy, but there are certain areas which should be improved
First they have mentioned that lunch time is on rotation bases, but all of the clerks go for lunch break at the same time
Secondly you must take exact fee amount with you, otherwise you will not get balance of fee amount back I. E Rs 10 or 20.
Because clerk would say that they don't have any change amount with them

No lines, no proper guidance, if you ask them then only they will tell, but the process is systematic.
Biggest downside: plz bring your own cash in chillars otherwise they will not return anything sayinh they don't have change, even they don't accept online payment for the same.
I have to give them 600 for 580 charges.
