Kadam Dungar is one of the best places near Waghai.. breathtaking off-road, lush green, Misty mountains...Heavenly place in dang..
Best visit during monsoon.
Note: pls keep the area clean & be responsible for saving the nature.

A very b.ful places surrounding with all greenish mountains here you can see a hanumanji temple by climing around 200 steps and one caves. No foods facilities available here you have to carry from WAGHAI it is 22km from WAGHAI
Here you can see thr AHWA from mountains if the visibility is clear.

A perfect one day picnic destination , road from WAGHAI is quite narrow and Ok to drive car.

Last 3km drive is very risky so suggest you if you are not hilly area driver then leave your car a side and take a walk from here.

It's a nice hill station.
It would be the best if you visit this place in monsoon.
The view from the summit is awesome.
You feel like you're in heaven.
If you like adventures and nature, you should definitely visit the place.

The location of Kadam Dungar is little misplaced on Google maps when we visited. The location little ahead ...may be 2 km ahead where the Google maps shows and stops. Road are little tricky. Car Driver should be little well versed with mountain driving. The narrow internal road is almost 30 km from Waghai which take about 50 min to reach to top. So drive with diligence. Stairs about 200 in number to top. Not so difficult to climb stairs. Ganesh, Hanumanji and Saptashurngi temple at top.

Why to visit Kalam Dungar.
The view and atmosphere at top is simply breath taking. So much misty and cloudy and cool ...that forget the tiredness and dont want to leave the place.

When to visit -
Rainy season July - Nov

Highly recommended who want some little adventure.
The roads towards the destination is also very scenic. U cross rivulets , rivers , canals...the sound of birds... flowing water ...is absolute bliss.

Best for camping. Motorable road till the peak. Few steps of hiking and you can set up your camp there.
You can enjoy one of the best sunrise from here right behind the peaks of mountains.

Superb place. I visited in monsoon beautiful view. When ever u visit ther plz take some food and water with you thr is no any shop for food,water and snack. I was lucky at that tym thr was so much fog. I had click some pic which im sharing here.

It was Naturally awesome hill station. Very good place for site seeing, Sunset and sunrise.. Good option for small tracking..

Beauty of dang, kadam dungar near amsarvadan village of waghai taluka.it's 20 k.m far from waghai..you can drove yr vehicle up to the top.

Kalam dungar is a place like mini hill station. You've to bring food and water with you while planning for kalam dungar as there is no restaurant or shop available nearby.

I love to visit this place because it is moderately crowded.

Best time to visit this place during and after monsoon.

Nice place for tourist. Hill climbing road. Visit this place in monsoon, but not when too much rain. Otherwise you miss the beauty of outside nature, which is seen from top hill. Because you can't enjoy much in too much rain and high speed wind.

If you want to take a short one day trip from Surat with a good road and enjoy the journey then this is the place for you.

A day ride is possible when you do short regular treks to and from Echo Point, allowing you to achieve a day ride with good leg conditions.

There are some other peaks available for trekking but I find they take more time.

Apart from trekking you will also enjoy roaming around rivers and check dams, mostly this is possible during monsoon season.

If you visit this place during peak days and peak holiday season you will definitely experience the nature and positive energy...

Also, this place is also famous for photoshoots, so try not to cause trouble to others and do your photoshoot…

In our last trip we saw almost everywhere people are destroying this beauty by throwing plastic bottles and food wrappers in rivers, forests, roads, so it is not fair.

As a tourist we go there for a few hours but try not to pollute the beauty of nature in these few hours...
