The Fern Residency, Aurangabad

I visited my senior staying in this hotel and joined him for a breakfast.
The rooms are well appointed, decorated and gave a feeling of luxury and premiumness.
The lobby was good. Staff was courteous and receptive.
The breakfast spread was excellent for both Europeans and Bharatiyas. Good spread of various options.
The dining space is well managed and spacious.
They have a set of loyal guests repeat visiting this place. It's worth the loyalty.

The fern residency, Aurangabad is an international level hotel, like other fern residencies. It is pretty good with luxury rooms of medium and a bigger size. It has a gym, not so big but good. The restaurant too was really good with friendly workers.
Just the awkward thing I found was the location of the swimming pool. You have to go through the restaurant. Imagine you want to go around 10. You are going at front of those who are eating.

Stayed here for a period of over 5 days the rooms were clean, service was good and staff were welcoming

The breakfast and dinner buffet had a decent choice of items on the menu I would strongly recommend this place

We are a family of four and we stayed in the Fern Club Room. The room was quite large and very comfortable for 4 persons. The buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of options and the taste was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.

We stayed there for 2 nights ,rooms were clean & tidy,breakfast spread has varieties.
Polite staff.
My request for early checkin allowed which made us feel very comfortable after a long journey .

Location wise, there are a lot of eateries around too.

Rooms are quiet and comfortable, without any smells. Pool is quite big and clean. Love the buffet breakfast with all Indian and continental options. Very recommended

Best experience I can say, very good staff, specially Premula, Jajang, Baby. And all others. I had stayed here for 20 days for business purpose never felt away from home. The way they used to treat and care was special. I do suggest all people have visit here.
My special experience was Premula's special mock tails and her food suggestions.

The rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained and they have every thing you need and I don't have to mention your great dinner and breakfast options, my compliments to the chef and all the people for the hospitality :)

Hotel is located at CIDCO exactly besides ST Bus Stand. So you'll get good connectivity for other cities, in front of hotel there is Cannot place for variety of food. No good views from hotel. I stayed at 2 nd floor.

The offer swimming pool the time is 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. They have gym as well. They will allow. You are guest. No worries regarding that. Staff is cooperative. You will get decent service.

Plenty of parking is available. So I would give 5 out of 5 considering all the parameters

I visited the Aurangabad for an official tour with my boss and we had booking at the hotel. The place can be easily located through a map. The entering had a slight up slope.
The staff is quite well maintained, dressed and very helpful.
The rooms are just awesome and very well maintained with all facilities of TV, small refrigerator, cupboard, study table, sofas etc. Lightening of the room I liked very much.
Both hot and cold water facilities are available.
We had breakfast and dinner facility. And food is just superb with lots of options as in both veg and non-veg. You can also request some South Indian cuisines by order.
I would definitely opt this place whenever I will visit the Aurangabad for my personnel trips as well.

It's such a good experience that you have come here, this is a very comfortable hotel and the staff has a lot of family behavior, it will make me want to come here again and again.

I did not live at the hotel. I went for a function of a friend.
The food prepared by the hotel was very good , apt to maharashtrian style.
I found hotel rooms also good enough.

Location - Bang on highway near major junction, easy to find

Parking - Two floor covered parking with proper guidance is available, you can peacefully sleep after parking your car

Food- variety of food options in restaurant and in room dining available. They have huge breakfast menu, must try

Staff - very friendly and supportive

It was a fantastic hotel. The staff were very courteous. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Facilities were impressive too.Bathroom was small. Only thing was, luggage handling facility was poor for us else everything good. The breakfast menu was really impressive with wide choices . The international style restaurant was great . Buffet dinner was awesome with lots of varieties. Very tasty
food and service was wonderful . The waitresses were very polite and understanding. Service was very good.

Best place to stay if you are travelling with your family.

The rooms were very clean and luxurious. Staff were very polite and courteous. The breakfast was on time and very tasty. Overall a very good buisness hotel.

Awesome stay at Fern Residency in Aurangabad. 8 of us with 4 adults and 4 kids. We stayed in the 2 Winter Green rooms. The rooms were spacious and was able easily accommodate an extra bed in each rooms.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast was complimentary and the spread was more than enough. There were live counters for Dosai and omlettes. The hotel is also situated in heart of the city with some of the popular restaurants in walking distance and the Prozone mall is also quite close by. We were able to try out couple of nice restaurants close by to the hotel.

There is an iNox theatre right next to the hotel if you are in a mood to catch a movie. There is ample parking space within the property. So if you are driving down like we did, parking won't be an issue.

Overall an excellent stay with the family and would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Aurangabad.
