Poor experience.
We handed over expensive duck feather jacket. Entire feather was collected at bottom when we received. After raising complaint they committed for partial refund and we kept following for 2 weeks.
When i went to their shop; they used derogatory language with shop attendant ki "paise dekar dafa karo"
DO NO TRUST them with your expensive items.

Don’t trust this dry cleaner with your garments. They washed my my expensive jacket instead of dry-cleaning & ruined it. After much follow-up I could only recover 50% of the amount and they never returned the jacket. The worse part was their complete lack of professionalism & accountability.

This person from India Drycleaners picked up my expensive clothes for drycleaning. And hasn't returned them ....doesn't answer my phone calls ...are they frauds???? Does the shop even exist
