Worst service ever!! I bought ticket for Samrat Travels Non-AC sleeper bus but instead they made me board into some other bus which was a garbage bin. The bus along with passengers hosts rats & mosquitoes. Stinky bed sheets, uncleaned windows & dirty floors are some of the features of the bus & the irony is that I bought the ticket for more than 800 rupees (twice the fare compared to other standard buses) for a 200 km journey. Please I suggest u to never in ur life think about availing their services.

Booked tickets for AC sleeper bus, they provided some cheap non AC sleeper bus and didn't wven bother to provide refund at place.
